chronicle 2: adapt and accept

Judas looks at me while we are in his office, his black hair shaggy and his deep brown eyes that glow like deep pools of honey that stare at me weirdly."Are you ready to hear me out yet dear Boy? Or would you like to read some more?" Judas is a rough teacher but I THINK he means well, he has a thick english accent and he has a tendency to stare off into space. He sends the Swiss guards away from his office in the apolistic palace and closes the door behind them, and looks at me, and I'm guided back into a seat as I looked around his office, clocks lots of them, I looked at Him, from behind a desk, wearing the exorcist trenchcoat in most cases he wears a a tailcoat. he got up and walked back round to me his hands behind his back "You don't realize this dear boy but you're a special case, you don't realize this but without a struggle you put down five seasoned warlocks at what is you 5 years in advance, and with a high volume at that, that's special, you have the power within, now it seems we see this as you growing a level. I wipe my busted lip and get up, and prepare for a fight, but he stops me.

"Doing the same thing you are, only handling it much better than you and aren't fighting their new world, how about you do yourself a favor and curb your temper Caleb, you're not gonna get anywhere by striking a brick wall as hard as you can and expecting it to bend to your whim. You aren't gonna be able to shake this like a bad dream. I don't intend to hurt them, that was and is not my intent. I'm shut down. dead silent. He put it in a way I could not argue. I never thought I would be in a position to agree with the person who called a load of goons on us and then black-bagged me and Selena. I look past him, to the images of Lucifer. The question comes up about the paradox of the different interpretations, one was that Lucifer wanted to take over heaven and was kicked into hell with a few followers, and the other was that he loved humans so much that when God turned on us, He left to be a human. two different stories, the same line for line symbology. Was Judas just being a Judas, what is he going to put me to death anyway? He did what he could to purposely hurt me, and my family, but on the other hand, it's eerie that a flip slide made his proposition true, and a possible conflict in my heart.

Now if you're waiting for part of the story for me to do something, Like scream "NO!" defiantly then throw a fireball at him then leap out the window like a damn action hero-

I scowl and sign. I step forward towards Judas, obviously defiant but clear-headed, and shake his hand sealing a proposition that I hope I won't regret.

-this ain't the part. I mean think about it, the reason I was so defiant, was because I thought he hurt me and harmed my sisters. so far he said I could see them again, said he'd train me, and then on top of it he technically pulled me from the orphanage, I think that's grounds for a little change in thinking
