Lloyd's pov

I got home from my stupid math tutoring lesson. No one was in the gaming room. Well that was a first. I shrugged and went up to my bedroom and dropped my backpack on the ground. I changed from my sweaty clothing and smiled. I had a math tutor lesson with Emerald. She was so cute. A loud howl interrupted my thoughts. I followed the howl up the stairs to the roof top of the Monestary. I saw Cole on the ground howling in pain. Salena crying in her hands. Jay covering his eyes. Zane looking worried and Sensei stroking behind Cole's ears? I cleared my throat. Cole looked up at me and whimpered, as if trying to talk. Sensei beckoned for me to come closer.

"Sensei?What wrong with him?"

"He is becoming his true form. He's a wolf hybrid, but he's transforming more quickly than ever."

"But how? I thought hybrid were just fairytales."

"Well Cole is not a Fairytale."

"I know."

"H also has some dragon blood. I don't know how but he does."

"Like me? I he part Oni to?"

"I don't know."

Cole sat up and croaked,"L-lloyd? I-is t-that y-you?"

"Yeah buddy. "

"C-can y-you g-get m-my s-sketchbook, p-pleas?"

"Yeah sure buddy."

I raced down the stairs and ran into Cole's clean room. On his bed laid his black sketchbook with orange edges. He'd made it clear that no one could look through it. It wouldn't hurt to look through it this once would it? Nah It's won't matter. I opened the book and gasped. Inside were beautiful works of art. There was a drawing of Coles mother Lilly. He'd drawn her in a forest. I smiled; I knew he missed her greatly. I flipped through the rest and stopped at the last page. On it was a half-finished drawing of Salena. I smiled before closing the book and running up the stairs. Cole was sitting up and seemed able to talk again. Well he still stuttered when he talked but that was better than howling all the time.

"T-thanks L-lloyd."

"Your welcome buddy."

Cole's stomach started growling loudly. His face flushed and he whimpered as his stomach growled all the more.

"you hungry? I chuckled.

"Y-yeah." He stuttered blushing.

"I can tell, well what do you want?"

"um...meat?"

"Ok!"

I raced down the stairs and ran into the kitchen. I hear soft footsteps. I whipped around to see Zane behind me.

"I will help you find the right kind."

"Ok."

Zane opened the fridge and grabbed out a piece meat. He didn't even put it in the oven to cook it!

"Um Zane, why aren't you cooking it?"

"Because I think Coe would enjoy it raw because he is a wolf hybrid, so he needs to get used to raw meat so that when Sensei sends him out in the wild, he'll be ready for it."

"Wait Sensei's gonna send him into the unknown to live for some time? But he doesn't know how to hunt!"

"That's where you're wrong. When Sensei found him, he was eating a raw rabbit."

"Ew!"

Zane chuckled at my expression before walking up the stair toward the balcony. Salena was sing a song.

"Some people long for a life that is simple and planned

She smiled at Cole through her tears.
"But I'd follow you to the great unknown

She started sing louder with a smile on her face,"

Cole blushed at her gaze.

She pulled Cole up to his feet and danced with him.

Cole smiled at her his amber eyes turning a bright green.

She spun and finished with,"

Cole smiled before leaning down to kiss her. She obliged and kissed him. I on the other hand gagged behind my hands. Cole turned around and stuck his tongue out at me childishly. His transformation was getting more controlled. His stomach growled loudly making him drop Salena's hand and hold his stomach. He covered his mouth.

Salena said, "Cole, honey, let it out. It'll make you feel better!"

"B-but-"

He got interrupted by himself throwing up. Salena leaned down and held his bangs away from his mouth. He whimpered and kept on throwing up, until finally he stopped and sat up from where he was vomiting. Salena let go of his ravenette bangs. His eyes where a misty blue. Now I was confused.

"Cole?"

"What?"

"How do your eyes change?"

"I-I don't know, I feel them change, but I don't know why."

Sensei answered my question, "It is because he is getting his emotions mixed up. So, his eyes will change if he is too overwhelmed."

"Oh. That seems bad."

Coe groaned before getting up unsteadily on his feet and tripping on air. Jay reached out and grabbed hi before he could faceplant.

Cole had one question, "Where's Kai?"

Nya had come up while Cole was throwing up.

Nya fidgeted with her shirt before saying, "He, well, um, went on a date."

"Oh, good."

Cole got up again and tried walking like a baby just starting to walk. He tripped over his own feet 3 times. Finally, he made it the stairs. There was on thing he didn't think out, how he was going go down the stairs. He took one step ad tripped face first down all the stairs. He landed face first on the bottom of the stairs. When Jay made to him Cole was laughing.

"HAHAHA!!! I'm such an idiot! HAHAHA."

Jay ended up laughing his face off. I was laughing the whole time until I tripped and fell headlong down the stairs. Cole was laughing so hard that he threw up again. Zane picked up a blushing Cole and brought him to Cole's room. He came out yawning.

I said, "Let's –"But I got interrupted by a loud yawn.

Salena groaned before saying, "I'm gonna go to bed. 'Night guys."

Nya smiled and followed Salena to their shared room. I groaned ad went to bed. As soon as my head hit the pillow, I fell asleep.
