sorry for the short last chapter but double update today yayz
a girl sat at the piano, her black hair moving with the wind as she laughed. a younger boy who looked around seven sat on her messily-made bed, clapping his hands excitedly.
"one more noona!" he cheered, waiting to listen to his sister's talents once again. "one more!"
"alright, alright, " sunri gave in, positioning her hands to start a new piece. "this one's called clair de lune,"
sunoo's face shown with brightness as her sister started the chords, and in his eyes only his sister mattered. her music was his escape from their everything else in the world. in his eyes, sunri was his hero.
(time skip)
twelve-year-old sunoo sat in the auditorium seats alone, his eyes anticipating on the stage.
the announcer called his sister's name, and sunoo's eyes were fixed on the curtains, his sister coming out any second.
five seconds passed.
a minute.
the crowd was getting impatient by now. sunoo filled with alarm and he was lightheaded. where was his noona? he ran out of the auditorium, pushing past grumbling seniors and dashed out the hall.
strands of beautiful black hair swished with the wind, and sunoo walked out onto the rooftop.
"noona! noona!" sunri turned. she was standing in front of the ledge. "noona! what are you doing? they've been calling your name!"
his sister only gave a small smile.
present-time sunoo screamed. all his fault, all his fault.
