Arion is the main character. He comes from a very powerful and dark family. They can manipulate dark energy.
Dark Energy is extremely dangerous, destructive, unpredictable, and sometimes unstable. The energy can possess damaging effects on the user's body and their sanity if they have poor control over it.
The user could accidentally release negative energy.
And dark energy manipulation is focused purely on outwards and destructive/direct effects.
If Arion loses control he could destroy everything around him, including himself. The same goes for every other dark energy manipulator.
