Waffles :
Waffles originally comes Belgium and France. The Liege waffles are most common in Belgium and are known for their rich, sticky texture, accentuated with every bite. The Brussels Waffle has to be airy, fluffy and has to be eaten with the hands.
Ingredients :
Sugar- 60g
Fresh Milk - 250g
Eggs - 125
Baking powder - 13g
Vanilla -
Melted butter - 75g
Soft flour - 225gProcedure:
(1) As usual, measure 225g soft flour into a bowl(sieve it). Add 13g of baking powder to it.
(2)Then add 60g of sugar into the dry ingredient.
(3) Now time for the wet ingredients. Measure 250g of fresh milk into another bowl.
(4) Then 125g of eggs into the milk and whisk till they are equally mixed.
(5) Add 1tsp of vanilla to the liquid mixture and stir.
(6) Add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients. Remember as you pour the liquid into the dry ingredients, you stir.
(7) Then grease the waffle machine and preheat it. Preheating a waffle machine is key to producing crispy, evenly browned waffles. It's very important you do this.
The Waffles Machine :
(8) Scoop the preformed paste and place it in the machine. After its filled close it and wait.
(9) Repeat this process till the paste is finished.
You can eat Waffles with the topping lf your choice. Some eat it with ice-cream, honey butter chocolate etc. Its your choice For the garnishing you can use fruits too.
