Hope and Eliza were backstage of the talent show getting their makeup on as the Vampires performed their talent
"May we present to you the Vampire Faction" They heard Alaric announce
They heard cheering and went to the curtain, Hope waved at her family as the Three waved back at her and Eliza waved to her mom as she smiled and waved back as well
Elijah saw who Eliza waved at and immediately looked over to see the woman who had his heart all those years ago
Hayley looked at Elijah to see him staring at a woman with love in his eyes "Elijah who are you looking at" She asked wanting an honest reaction
"Just an old friend I knew a few year ago that is all" He responded looking back at the stage to see Alaric walking back out leaving Hayley with a jealous look in her eyes glaring at the woman

"Well that was an amazing performance from the Vampires now here is the Witch faction since the werewolves chose to not perform for this Talent Show this year"
Everyone cheered for the Witch Faction as Hope and Eliza came into the curtain ready for Alaric to announce them
"Now the Two Tribrids of our School" He said smiling walking off the stage welcoming the two onto the stage
*Eliza is Maddie and Hope is Kalani*
Everyone cheered but Hayley, Klaus and Emma were the loudest
Emma ran backstage and hugged her daughter and Hope who was like a second daughter to her
The Three Mikaelsons came backstage
"Um who are you" Hayley said glaring at Emma as she recognized her from when Elijah was staring at her. Emma turned around and froze as she saw Elijah, someone who she thought was going to be the love of her life but he ended up leaving her
"I am Emma Johnson, Elizabeth's mother and you are" She smiled at her
Hayley face broke and she smiled back "I'm sorry for being rude, and I am Hayley Marshall, Hope's mother"
"Oh mom it's the man who was looking for you, Elijah, Hope's Uncle," Eliza said walking forward-facing Elijah
Elijah smiled at his hopeful daughter as she smiled back at him "Yes I was hoping we could talk about somethings like how you ended up in Mystic Falls and more" He said looking into Emma's eyes as she glared at him much to Hayley's relief
"Well I am very busy so this conversation must come to an end so Eliza start getting ready to leave please" She said turned to her daughter who was laughing with Hope
*They share a dorm in the Salvatore school*
"Alright mom but first we have to see who wins first which is us almost every year" Eliza laughed with Hope as they high fived each other while the parents, and uncle smiled at the two
Emma nodded and left the room making Elijah chase after her needing answers about Beth
Alaric came out onto the stage with the three factions (Vampires, Witches, Tribrids)
"Well the votes are in and once again for their 10th time in a row the winner is Hope and Elizabeth, The Tribrids win" Everyone clapped and cheered for the two as they hugged each other
Lizzie and Josie walked over to them as Lizzie rolled her eyes "We really need to switch teams and join you since we are the only witches here that are siphonors, we just have to ask dad where is he" She said ignoring the others and walking away looking for Alaric
The three friends laughed and hugged each other "Well this is bye for now H and J, my mom wants me at home" They nodded and she left
-Elijah and Emma-
"Stop running from me Darling and just speak to me I need to know-" He was cut of by her
"What, if Eliza is yours," She said rolling her eyes as he nodded "No she isn't, you are a vampire Elijah you can't have kids I had her from a one night stand, I had from a few nights after you just picked up everything and left me without a trace, so goodbye now Elijah" She said glaring at him and walking away knowing full well she lied but she didn't want Eliza to have a father who would just leave her and disappoint her for his brother without even thinking
Elijah sighed sadly as she walked away from him, He was too upset to realize that she was lying to him
"What the hell Elijah who is she and why are you so interested in her" Hayley said walking out the school with Klaus who was just enjoying the show
"She is someone I used to be with but it is over now I just needed some answers and I got them but I need to make a phone call to my older sister so excuse me" He said and sped to the house they were staying in
"Yes Elijah" Freya said answering her phone
"I need you to do a blood test on me and Hope's friend Elizabeth I need to know if her mother was just lying or telling the truth of her being my daughter, I will get you her blood tomorrow"
"Alright Elijah I shall see you tomorrow" He nodded and hung up the phone speeding to Emma's house just in time seeing Beth on the porch about to open the door he quickly went behind her and covered her mouth before she could scream and stuck a syringe in her neck making her pass out so he could take some of her blood from her arm with another syringe
He laid her on the porch swing so she wasn't on the ground anymore
*The next chapter will be short it is just him getting the blood to Freya and her telling him that beth is his daughter*
