Disneyland pt.2(21)

Bakugo's POV

"Yeah, trust this. He won't say no." Crystal said. I thanked them right before Midoriya came back. About 10 minutes later, we all finished up dinner and walked around looking for light sticks to have for the show. Once we found them, we headed toward out spot. We choose somewhere from an angle that was a bit farther away from the big crowd but still close enough we could see the whole show.

We talked for 20 minutes until Kayden said something, "We will be back with popcorn and churros." "Okay, be back soon! The show is going to start soon." Midoriya said. The other three nodded their heads and left. I knew they weren't getting food but, to watch from a distance, fucking weirdos. I told them not to but whatever. We talked for a few minuets more and then in happened, the show started.

"Kacchan, they aren't back yet." Midoriya said. I looked at him with a small smile, "They will be back, don't worry." he smiled and turned his attention back to the show. I put my hand in my pocket and kept it on the small box. They had me listen to this shows soundtrack so I knew when the climax was coming and when it was. It's cliche, I know but we all agreed on it because we all knew he would love something like this. It was hard to keep time with the music though, they never let me see the show so this is my first time and it's fucking beautiful. "Holy shit." I said in awe. "I know right, those where my first words when I first saw it." Midoriya said, I must have said that aloud. I turned and saw a big smile on his face and that's when I realized we were nearing the time. Crystal said she would call my phon and from then start counting down from 15.

I felt my phone ring and then stop. It's go time, I had 15 seconds to pull this off.

"Hey, Midoriya." I said. "What happened to nerd or Deku?" he asked looking at me. 13 seconds left. "Um, I wanted to ask you something." He giggled, fuck I love his giggle. "Kacchan are you nervous?" I stayed silent, 11 seconds. "Come on you don't have to be around me. Whatcha need?" he asked. I took a deep breath, "It's something I have been planning since I found out about this trip. 9 seconds. I took the small box out of my pocket and got on one knee, I heard him gasp. "Kacchan-" "Look-" I cut him off. 6 seconds. "I like you a lot. Like, so fucking much and I'm not proposing but, maybe someday? But, this is a promise ring." 4 seconds. "I know I was such a jerk and a literal bitch-" he laughed at this. "-but, you make my world so much fucking brighter and I lik- no, I fucking love you Izu and I hope you feel the same." 2 seconds. I saw him crouching down. "I understand if you don't but, I just had to get this out there bef-" Times up. I felt something soft on my lips when the climax of the show hit. Then it hit me, Izuku Midoriya was fucking kissing me. I closed my eyes and kissed him back. We parted after a few seconds to catch our breaths.

When we opened out eyes, we just stared at each other. Midoriya reached for my hand that still had a grip on the box surprisingly. He took it out of my hand and put the ring on his right ring finger. "If you couldn't tell, I love you too Kacchan." I looked up at him as he stood up. He looked back down at me as I was still on the ground and held out his hand. I grabbed it and stood up. Once I was up fully, I looked down at him and pulled him into another kiss. I could feel both him and myself smile. After we pulled away, we turned back to enjoy the rest of the show. Mido-no, Izuku leaned his head on my shoulder.

---Back at Midoriya's house---

Midoriya's POV

We were back home, DJ and them had to leave to get ready for school on Monday and so they could spend time with their families. Right now, Kacchan is in the shower and I'm lying on my bed looking at the ring he gave me. Apparently everyone knew about his plans and I couldn't be happier with the result. I got off as I remembered that I had to record an Among Us video with some other people.

I made sure to take off the ring and close the door before recording. "Hey guys and welcome back to the channel! Today we are going to be playing Among Us. I got invited by Scott, his twitch is Smajor1995 (Go follow him yall) so please follow him! I will have his channel and everyone else's that I play with in the description below." About 15 minuets later, someone knocked on the door, "It's open." I said focused on trying to not get killed. "Hey babe." I blushed and tensed up at that. I'm still not used to it. "It will get easier to hear over time." I guess he can read my mind. He looked at my monitor, "So who are you playing with?" he asked. I was about to answer when a body got called. I gave him a look saying to just listen to this conversation. "Lauren, did you do a murder?" Scott asked. "What? No I didn't it was Green."  she fired back. "It's not me, I'm by reactor." I replied. "Okay and Cupquake where are you?" Scott asked. "I'm with Green doing simon says." "I can vouch for that." I said clearing Tiff's name. "Okay then the last imposter has to be Lauren because she is the only on that side." Scott said putting his vote on Lauren. "Wait, it could be either Tiff or Green. They could've vented." she said trying to defend herself. "Me and Tiff did med scan." We both put our vote on Lauren. With three votes to her name Lauren was ejected and the crew mates won.

---A couple hours later---

I finished recording and had a tone of footage to go through. It was the last time I would see Kacchan in person until one of us visits the other. Yes, a long distance relationship seems hard but we made the friendship work so I know we will make with work as well.

I went downstairs to seen everyone at the table with four boxes of pizza in the center. "Finished recording?" Mom asked. I nodded my head and took a seat next to Kacchan.

We talked about our childhood and school. I missed these nights where we would go to each others house  for dinner one night and have a sleepover right after. It was a nice sense of deja vu that I have missing for a bit.

After dinner and dessert, I went up to my room to take a shower. After I got out and put on my pajamas, I entered my room and saw Kacchan on his phone in my bed. He looked up at the noise and scooted over for me to sit next to him. I threw my towel into the hamper and climbed next to him. I snuggled against his chest and listened to his heart beat. "I love you Kacchan." I told him as I started to fall asleep. "I love you too Izu." I fell asleep with a smile on my face and my boyfriend next to me.

It was time for Kacchan to go home, back to Japan. The entire ride to the airport I had my head on his shoulder and our hands were intertwined.

Once we got there, I helped the Bakugo's with their luggage. I was about to head back the car when Kacchan grabbed my arm. I looked back at him with a confused expression. His head was down but I could tell he was tearing up. I bring him in for a hug. "I don't want to leave you now Deku." I laughed at him bringing back the nickname. "We can text and FaceTime all you want." I tell him. He moves away a bit and pecks the top of my head. "I love you nerd." "I love you too Kacchan." and with that our final exchange, I head back to the car and he heads toward his family.
