5355 Miles Apart (Bakudeku Youtuber AU)

(A/N: Just know most of the trip will have english italicized until otherwise..also if you dont want the wand experience to be ruined then once it says 2.5 hours skip until the next time skip...)

Midoriya's POV

Today we are going to Universal Studios. Kacchan said he hasn't ever gone, even though there is one in Japan. I'm excited to share this with Kacchan. I blush at the thought of spending the entire day with him. Yes, we will be with others but I get to be by his side the entire day just like we used to.

Now, this has become one of my favorite places since moving to Cali. I have delved into a lot of the American culture. That is my excuse of accidentally asking Crystal what Harry Potter, Transformers, and Jurassic Park. No questions asked, Disneyland and LEGOLAND are cool but I absolutly love Universal Studios.

We are pulling into the parking lot and can feel my excitement getting higher and higher. As soon as we parked we all jumped out and started running toward the entrance. I stop for a second and turn around. "Kacchan come on! We don't have all day!" I yell as I motion for him to follow. Once I saw he got out of the car, I turned back around and ran toward the entrance.

Bakugo's POV

I watched as Deku ran after his friends and I chuckled watching how childish he was being. Once we all were at the entrance we made our way to the boardwalk place with Popcornoppolis (Idk if thats how u spell it and again I dont live in Cali..) I was told this was an amusement park, maybe we weren't at that part? Who knows, America is an interesting place. We suddenly stopped, I was about to ask when Deku told me to close my eyes. I did as I was told and felt his hand hold mine.

I know I was blushing hard but I couldn't help it. He was so carefree, even after all the shit I put him through. I felt my face calm down a bit and my smile falter. "Aaaaaaaaand open!" Deku's voice pulling me out of my thoughts. What I saw with my eyes, I was in awe. This place was so fucking cool! I look down at Deku's face and he seemed really determined about something.

"Okay Kacchan, now we can go to each individual part of Universal later. Right now we are taking you on the studio tour." he said with determination in his voice. I looked at him shocked, "You have connections?" he chuckled along with his mom. I looked at him confused. "No, the studio tour is something everyone can go on. It's a lot of fun and is the best thing to start with." he said. I couldn't quite figure it out but, he had this sparkle to them. He looked so happy and content. I wanted him to stay like that forever. I smiled, "Lead the way nerd." He started making is way and I followed him, staying relatively close.

---A couple of hours later because we love waiting in line---

Third Person POV

"Wasn't that cool Kacchan?" Midoriya asked as they were walking toward where Jurassic Park laid. "It sure was Deku. Where are we headed now?" Bakugo asked looking around still in awe. "We are going on the Jurassic Park water ride, AKA the best ride ever." DJ said. "No way, Harry Potter world is 1000 times better." Crystal said. "Babe, I love you but the Transformers ride is the best of the best." Kayden said grabbing Crystal's hand. Midoriya giggled. "Come on! The longer y'all argue the less time we will have!" Midoriya said. The group made their way to the water ride.

About 20 minuets later, they were all situated. We had all the adults in the back and all the kids un the row in front. "Are you excited Kacchan?" Midroiya asked. Bakugo chuckled, "How could I not be when you 4 keep hyping it up?" Midoriya laughed. The ride started, "Welcome to, Jurassic Park."

Once they were off of that ride, DJ turned toward Bakugo and asked "How did you like that?" "It was pretty cool." They all nodded. Kayden clapped his hands and rubbed them together. "If you liked that, then get ready to have your mind blown in Transformers: The Ride 4D." He said moving his hands around like a magic show. "Babe, I love you but never do that again." Crystal said mimicking the same movements that Kayden did earlier that day. They all laughed and got in line.

---About 2.5 hours later---

The group was eating lunch and talking about what to do after. "Okay, so we only have time to just go to Harry Potter world right?" Crystal asked looking at Inko for approval, which she got. "Well then, let's hurry up!" Crystal exclaimed. They all got up, threw their trash away and kept a hold on their drinks.

Once they got there, the first place they went was to Ollivander's Wand Shop. "There is this really cool wand ceremony where one person from the audience gets chosen." Midoriya explained to Bakugo. "I can't wait to see that." Once they got to Olivander's, the teens stood in line while the parents waited outside. "Here we go!" Crystal said excitedly.

The actor performing the ceremony pointed toward Bakugo, "Yes, you young wizard are the chosen one." Bakugo walked forward a little spectacle but proud that he got chosen. "What is your name?" "It's Bakugo." "Ah, young Bakugo. The wizard does not choose the wand but, the wand choses the wizard."

The man said as he made his way behind the desk prop. "Ah, here." He grabbed a wand box off of the wall and opened it handing the wand to Bakugo. He took it and looked up at the man. "Give it a whirl." Bakugo followed what the man said, drawers and cabinets started going crazy. The man quickly took the wand back. "No, thats not it..."

The man started to mumble to himself as he looked for another wand. "Try this one." He offered up another wand and Bakugo picked it up. This time, things went flying and stuff started to break. The man swiftly took the wand out of Bakugo's hand and everything stopped.

"I know I have one here somewhere." the man went through all his wands and picked one at the far right end. He turned to Bakugo and opened the box walking back. Once in front of Bakugo, he motioned for Bakugo to grab it. "Third times the charm." Bakugo took the wand hesitantly. This time instead of things going crazy, a spotlight appeared on him. The man took the wand from him, "Ah yes, a unicorn hair core with Alder wood and 1/2 flexibility." he handed Bakugo the wand. "Perfect for a wizard like you." he said handing the wand back with the box. "You can take this to the cashier and purchase it." Everyone who was in the room clapped and Bakugo thanked the man.

---20 minuets later---

The five teens walked out of Ollivander's all with a wand. "Did you kids have fun?" Inko asked. "We did, Bakugo got chosen." Crystal said a little disappointed as it was her 20th time going and she still hasn't been chosen. Mitsuki grabbed her son by the shoulder and messed with his hair. "That's my boy." "Quit it you old hag." Bakugo said pushing his mom away.

They spent the rest of what sunlight they had in Harry Potter world. They had butterbeer, bought things from Honeyduke's and tried out their wands. It was about 7:30 when they headed to Popcornoppolis, the last stop.

On their way back to the car, Midoriya looked at Bakugo and smiled. "Did you have fun Kacchan?" he asked. Bakugo threw a piece of popcorn into his mouth. "It was the fucking best." Midoriya giggled at his response. "It only gets better" he said popping some popcorn into his own mouth. 'Yeah it does.' Bakugo thought.

The car ride back to the Midoriya's was mostly quiet as everyone was tired. Bakugo was in his own thoughts when the weight of something hit his shoulder. He looked to his right and saw Midoriya's head on his shoulder. His face was a bright red. He looked at DJ who just gave him a thumbs up. He rolled his eyes and leaned his head on the window. Not too much after, his own eyelids got heavy and soon Bakugo was asleep.
