A world
Painted in tears.
The ones we don't cry
Are the ones we fear.
Lost in a paradise
Far from what it's called.
Tragically waiting for life
And a place to call home.
Painted tears
Show no love
For those we want
And wish to hold.
Painted tears.
Colors not bold.
There's an emptiness
That lies beyond the cold.
A world
I wish that was ours.
A lost paradise
Waiting beyond the stars.
Blood red
Fills the sink
Fills the water
But doesn't fill my veins.
Painted tears
Run down my cheeks.
Painted tears.
I wish to no longer weep.
Where are you,
My lost paradise?
