Back a long time ago, there was a town called Onett, which SD is travelling to. Eventually, he reached his destination, and was now searching for one of the kids. Instead of asking people, SD decided to go on his own. He walked up to the north parts, and the first thing he saw was a house. He went up to it and knocked on the door. Then the mother of the kid opened it. "Hello." The mother said. "Hello, I'm here to see your special kid who is known for being powerful." SD said. "Oh, Ness, do you know him?" Ness's mother asked. SD knew that she and Ness didn't know him, so he came up with a lie. "Well, uh, Ness was at a centre for inspiration and emotional support and I was the main host there." SD said. "Hm, someone in a costume was the host, interesting." Ness's mother said. SD then quickly thought about getting out of here. "Well, you may come in, I guess." Ness's mother said. SD then went in and immediately went upstairs. When he made it, he opened the door, and he saw Ness reading a book. "Hey kiddo, I came to see you." SD said. Ness then turned his head. "Who are you?" Ness asked. "My name is SD, stands for Starman Deluxe, but I ain't that anymore." SD said. Ness was then confused. "So, a Starman became a dude with a claw hand, a pointy nose mask, and a black cape." Ness said. "Yeah, but I heard you and some other kid defeated a statue, so that is why I came here." SD said. Ness then knew what he was talking about. "Oh yeah, the Mani Mani Statue, a source of evil that I had to destroy." Ness said. SD then thought of a question. "How?" SD asked. "With PSI, of course." Ness said. "What?" SD asked. Ness was disappointed. A few hours passed, and Ness explained to him what PSI is. "So, wanna see my friends?" Ness asked. "Sure." SD said. Ness then grabbed a picture. "Here they are, the girl is Paula, the one with glasses is Jeff, and the dude in the white outfit is Poo." Ness said. SD then had a worried look. "Yeah, looks like your friends are dorks." SD said. "You know, me and Paula are actually in a relationship now, and she is quite sweet if you ever meet her." Ness said. SD then didn't look pleased. "So, you love her a lot?" SD asked. "Yeah." Ness replied. "Dude, she looks like the type of person who exists for no reason, and since you love her a lot, then that means you must really do anything to appreciate her." SD said. Ness was then wondering what he had to say next. "It's like you become a musician and you make a song about her and the lyrics have her name in it and all this other dumb stuff in it." SD said. SD then started to burst out laughing. "Well, since you said that, I guess I won't do that." Ness said. SD then had an idea. "Say, Ness, why don't you come with me to the future." SD said. "Wait, what?" Ness said. "You know, I could take you, and we could explore the future more together, since you seem quite interesting." SD said. Ness then thought for a bit. "Sure, I guess, I mean nothing wrong could happen." Ness said. "I'll be back, I'm going outside for a bit." Ness said. Ness then left, while SD was satisfied with his response. Then the crystal around his neck came back into its Starman form. "Dude, what are you doing?" The crystal figure asked. "A plan." SD said. The crystal figure then became very unhappy. "What plan, I'm the master, and you're the apprentice, so now you're thinking that you must be in control, but you're not." The crystal figure said. "Oh well, you'll thank me later." SD said. "We'll see." The crystal figure said. The crystal figure then went back into its necklace form. SD then went downstairs to see Ness's mother. Back in Onett, a huge burst of lightning came from the sky, and a man with a sword was there, who seemed to have a purpose. He looked around, wondering if his target was here. He decided to ask a cop. "Excuse me, have you seen a man with a look that looks like a bad costume?" The man asked. "Uh, no, maybe ask someone else." The cop said. "Fine, I'll do it myself." The man said. Back in the house, SD and Ness's mother were watching TV. "So, can I change the channel?" SD asked. "No, I'm really digging this show, and this is the fifth season." Ness's mother said. SD then was looking forward for dinner since the show was more boring than sauerkraut. Before SD said anything, Ness's mother silenced him, as a steamy part came on. After the moment, Ness's mother was in shock. "Oh my god, I can't believe that he would do that." Ness's mother said. "I know, shocking." SD said in a sarcastic way. "So, Ness told me you're taking him somewhere." Ness's mother said. SD was then in a panicked state. "Oh yeah, I'm taking him to a yoga centre to get his daily exercise training." SD said. "Good, it's always nice to see people getting healthier and more fit." Ness's mother said. SD then was in a relief. At dinner, SD and the family were eating steak for dinner. "So, you also have a sister." SD said. "Yes, and she is very good at keeping things." Ness said. "Mom, it's nice to see that you invite people who were just at costume party's." Tracy said. The family laughed, but SD had an angered look. SD then took a bite of the steak, and he put his head on the table and slammed his fist on the table, as he couldn't handle all the great flavors. "Is this the food of the gods?" SD asked. "No, just simple steaks." Ness's mother said. SD then started doing weird motions while the family were all confused on what was going on. At evening, SD realised that there was a black phone at the entrance, and he decided to do a prank call. He dialled in a random number and he did his little prank. "Hello, I'm Saul Denver, and I'm here to invite whoever this is to a house at the east of northern Onett." SD said. "Uh, sure, we have nothing else to do." The caller said. SD then noticed the instruments in the background. "Say, can you tell me about those instruments?" SD asked. "Yeah we were just playing together, actually we recently performed in Fourside, and it was a big show." The caller said. "Okay, see you soon." SD said. SD then ended the call, and Ness came in to see what happened. "Who did you call?" Ness asked. "Some band that is apparently famous." SD said. "Oh, the Runaway Five, their last performance in Fourside was amazing." Ness said. "Oh, can't wait to meet them." SD said. "Well, I'm going to sleep, can't wait to go to the future tomorrow with you." Ness said. After Ness left, SD looked outside the window, and saw a newly added lab area that he was interested in. "Splendid." SD said. later at night, SD decided to go outside to this new place, but when he looked at the window, he saw a man with a sword who was obviously looking for someone. "Oh goddammit." SD said. SD then accidentally turned the TV on while he was in anger, and then he jumped and punched the TV so hard that it broke. "Well, guess it's their problem now." SD said. SD needed a new way to get into the area. He then had a plan that he thought was perfect. SD eventually crawled to the back area of the lab, and looked around the place. "Well, guess they need to pay for the new toilet as well now." SD said. SD decided to grab two things. He grabbed some bombs and a liquid that lets you be the star of a past moment. SD then opened the door, and realised that the lab was actually just the hotel. "Can I help you, sir?" The manager asked." SD then looked at all the people looking at him. "Uh, I'm good sir." SD then closed the door and crawled back to the house. The man outside the house was getting very inpatient. "You know what, how about I come and destroy you, loyal house." The man said. The man then gave up. "Fine, maybe the future will let me find this loyal coward." The man said. In the morning, SD was sleeping on the couch, and Ness's mother woke him up. "SD, I see a lot must of happened last night." Ness's mother said. SD then opened his eyes. "What happened?" SD asked. "Well, the TV is broken, the toilet upstairs is now basically destroyed, and I see you brought a famous band here." Ness's mother said. SD looked at the table, and he saw some people sleeping on some chairs. "Is that the Runaway Five?" SD asked. "No, that's Alice in Chains." Ness's mother said. "Oh yeah, I forgot these guys performed at Fourside too." Ness said when he came downstairs. "Actually, these guys look way better." SD said. SD then thought of a lie. "Well, guess they must have partied hard last night." SD said SD and Ness later left the house while Ness was saying goodbye to his family. "Remember Ness, when you see someone bad, you know what to do." Ness's mother said. "I know, Besides I'm a good kid." Ness said. Okay, we don't have to do these cheesy goodbye things now." SD said. SD and Ness then walked a few miles and then SD activated his machine. "Kid, get ready." SD said. Then they went forward to the future. Ness's mother was still outside, hoping that her son will be okay. "Yo, can we stay?" Layne Staley asked.
