chapter 21 : hiding the truth from him

Few days later

All of the wedding functions went amazingly and at last it was the reception party.

Shivangi was in a rush mood as she was late. She didn't want to be late but it just happened.

She knew Mohsin would be very angry at her now as he ordered her to be on time but here she was.

She was supposed to be at the venue right now but it was still taking time for her.

After an hour she finally left and reached the venue after sometime.

She wanted to go inside quickly but she couldn't as the media and everyone were outside.

She was looking so beautiful in the anarkali she wore.She posed for few pictures together and answered some of the questions and wished ZeTa.

She was trying to get out of here and go inside as soon as she can but she wasn't getting the chance.

"Vaise tho aaj Sare Yeh Rishta wala color coordinated hain,sab ne blue pehna hai toh yeh sab is decided tha yah?"Ashima asked

"Sab toh decided nahi tha..pata nahi!"Shivangi said and laughed it off.

"Ek janey ka thoda lag raha hai same same"Ashima said and shivangi was controlling her smile as the expected question came.

"Acha?I don't know,I have no idea,okay bye!"Shivangi said and walked a bit but she stopped and turned back and looked at Ashima

"Ashima ki bachi!"She said and then quickly went inside.

"This girl!!How many times I told her to come on time and to not come late!She is late and on top she is not answering my calls or messages!"An frustrated Mohsin said to himself who kept looking towards the entrance and kept checking his phone to see any calls or messages from her but nope nothing.

"Bhai she will be here..have some patience!"Sajjad said

"You just up!"Zeba said and then looked at Mohsin.

"Bhai maybe she is feeling tired..I mean she is not fully recovered so call her and ask..!"Zeba said

"That is why I am worried too zeba!And I am calling her from so long but she is not answering!"Mohsin said.

"Bhai I guess shivi is coming,I mean she will never miss this for our family..maybe she is struck in the track!"Sajjad said and Mohsin nodded.

Mohsin couldn't help but think about how last few weeks have been for them.

Flashback

Mohsin and Shivangi couldn't spend much time together because Mohsin was completely busy with ZeTa's wedding preparations.

Even while they were on set they couldn't speak properly as he was full busy.

Shivangi was missing him so much but gave him his space.

During that time Shivangi was not feeling well and health was not great.

Mohsin was not aware of this.

One day Mohsin just got home after continuous shopping.

Around 11pm he got home and went straight to bed as he was hell tired and he had to go for shoot again tomorrow.

He opened his phone to see if there were any calls from Shivangi but there weren't.

He saw her messages and the last message he got from her was at 9pm which said good night.

He felt a bit weird because he knew she wouldn't go to bed that early but he thought she must be tired.

He was thinking whether or not to call her so he decided to call her mother instead.

"Mumma Hii!"Mohsin said as soon as Yashoda Aunty answered.

"Mohsin?Is everything okay?"She asked

"Haa Mumma yes,I hope I didn't disturb you!"He said

"No beta!"She Replied

"Is shivi sleeping?"He asked.

Yashoda Aunty did not saying anything for a minute and then spoke

"Haan..Haa Mohsin she is sleeping..!"She replied and Mohsin felt relieved.

"Haa okay mumma..I will see her tomorrow..Good night!He said

"Good night"Yashoda Aunty said and then he ended the call.

Thought she said Shivangi was fine Mohsin felt some bad feeling but he brushed it off.

"Sheenu..!"Yashoda Aunty said glaring at her daughter after ending the call.

"Why didn't you let me tell Mohsin the truth huh?You are admitted in the hospital and you think he won't find out or what?!"Yashoda Aunty asked.Shivangi was admitted in the hospital as she was having typhoid fever.

"Mumma you know him and he will get worried! Mohsin is working so hard..He is managing both shooting and wedding preparations and it is not easy for him..if he finds out about this now he will be more worried!"Shivangi said.

"Fine you never listen to me..but be ready to explain him once he gets here!Now sleep!"Yashoda Aunty said.

Next day Mohsin came onto the set excitingly.

"Today me and shivi will spend the whole day together!"He said to himself with a smile as Abbajaan and Sajjad said they will handle the preparations for today and told him to spend some time with shivi for the day.

Mohsin quickly went into his and Shivangi's makeup room but she was not there.

"This is weird..Shivi is always on time and today she is late?I thought she was supposed to start shooting an hour back..!"He said to himself in confusion.

He kept his belongings in the room and went onto the set to check if she was there but she wasn't.

"Rajan Sir!"Mohsin said and went towards him when he saw Rajan Shahi come in.

"Sir where is shivi?Did she take leave today or what?"Mohsin asked

"What?Mohsin you don't know?"Rajan Sir asked confusing Mohsin

"Know what?"Mohsin asked

"Mohsin, Shivangi is suffering from typhoid fever..She is admitted in the hospital now..she was admitted yesterday!"He said shocking Mohsin.

Mohsin couldn't believe what Rajan sir said.

"Shivii!I can't believe she hid this from me!"Mohsin said looking down controlling his anger.

"Mohsin if you want you can go meet her and come as we won't start shooting for an hour or so..!"He said

Mohsin thanked him and left immediately.

Shivangi was sitting on the bed and was staring at the ceiling.

Her mother went to bring her medicines.

Shivangi was thinking whether or not to call Mohsin.

"Mumma listen.."She said when the door was opened.

Shivangi was shocked when she saw the person who was standing near the door.

"Mohsin?"She said
