chapter 23 : manfoying her

"Mohsin you will come to my birthday party tonight right?"Shivangi asked entering inside their make up room.

"I don't know Shivi..I might miss it this year"He said

"What?!But why?"She questioned

"We have a small family gathering..so I won't be able to make it!"Mohsin said.

"What?!But momo it is my birthday naa..and no one from your family will come then?"Shivangi asked

"I guess not shivi..!"He said and she sighed.

She went and sat on the bed covering her face with her palm.

"Shiv I am sorry,please listen to me..!"He said.

"It is fine..!"She said without looking at him and stood up to leave.

"Where are you going?"He asked holding her wrist.

"Party is tonight only!I have so much to do..I am done for the day!"She said pulling her hand from his hold and left without saying anything else.

In the evening time Shivangi reached to the venue of her birthday party along with her family members.

She kept on checking her phone to see if there were any calls or messages from him but no.

She was upset that he won't be besides her but decided to not show it out as her friends,family members and media were there.

She met with her friends Aditi Bhatia,Surbhi Chandna,Shraddha Arya,Ashnoor Kaur,Vishal Aditya Singh,Adhvik Mahjan and his wife and the cast of yrkkh and her previous shows.

She greeted all of them with smiles and posed with them to the media. 

Aditi clearly noticed that her best friend was not feeling happy and was faking it.

Aditi Along with Surbhi went towards shivangi and pulled her away from the media.

"What happened madam?You seem upset!"Aditi asked Shivang.

"What?I am not upset or anything!"
She lied.

"Yeah I can see that clearly!Now tell me what happened!"Aditi asked

"Where is your momo?He is nowhere to be seen!Is that why you are sad? Because he is not here?"Surbhi asked.

"He said he won't be able to come..because he has some family gathering..!"Shivangi said looking down.

Aditi and Surbhi saw someone near the entrance and then looked at each other and then surbhi spoke.

"Baby now Do not keep this cry baby face because your man is here!"Surbhi said and shivangi looked at her with a confused face.

"What?!"She asked with confusion.

"Hii Momo!"Surbhi said

"Hii Mohsin!"Aditi said along with Surbhi.

Shivangi felt his presence behind her and quickly turned around to see him standing behind her.

"Happy birthday Love!"He said with a smile hugging her.

Shivangi was still thinking if this was a dream or if he really was here.

When she realised that he really was here she hugged him back tightly and he chuckled.

She then quickly pulled away upon realising if media sees this it will be huge thing again.

"You said you can't come naa?"She asked and when Mohsin was about to reply the media people spotted them both together and requested them to come do a small interview and asked for photos.

They went together and posed for some pictures and then Mohsin wished her infront of the media again whereas Shivang was extremely happy that he made it.

After their interview finished Shivangi wanted to speak to him but couldn't because all the guests were coming one by one and she left to greet them whereas Mohsin went to hang out with ali bhai and others.

After sometime they went inside and Shivangi has cut the cake.

Mohsin wasn't nearby when the cake cutting happened and once Shivangi got a bit free she took a cake piece and went towards Mohsin who was standing away from everyone and was with mohena and other cast members.

"What are you doing here?Here i brought you the cake piece!"She said giving him the plate.

"Shivi I can't stay,I have to go now..I just came because I didn't want to make you feel sad..!"He said caressing her cheek.

"Fine go!I don't want to talk to you!"Shivangi replied annoyingly and left without saying anything else.

Shivangi came home after the birthday party.

She unlocked the door and stepped inside along with her family members and when the lights were on she was suprised when Mohsin was there along with his family.

"Happy birthday shivi!!"They said together and Sajjad opened party poppers.

She was so surprised and shocked.

His family members came towards her and wisher her one by one and she thanked them.

"Shivi come on,cut the cake!"Mohsin's ammi said and Shivang nodded.

"Mumma who arranged all of this?"She whispered asking her mother.

"Who else would do this sheenu?Of course mohsin planned this!"Her mother said.

"Wow the cake looks amazing ammi!"Shivangi said after seeing the cake.

"Shivi,bhai made it specially for you!"Sajjad said earning a glare from Mohsin.

"You..made it?"She asked looking at him.

"Haa he came and asked me everything he needs to know about making a cake!He didn't even let me help him!"His ammi said and Shivangi felt overwhelmed with all of this.

This was all she needed.

Her both families and the love of her life were with her right now and this was a memory she was going to cherish forever.

After the cake cutting was done,both of the families had dinner together and they left whereas Mohsin stayed behind to stay with shivangi for the night.

After changing his clothes in another room Mohsin came into Shivangi's room.

When he came in he saw her standing near the window.

He turned around to close the door and Shivang saw him.

She came towards him and hugged him from the back.

He smiled and kissed on her knuckles.

"I am sorry..I got angry at you before without knowing all of this..!"She said and he turned around hugging her.

"Come on my bacha,I would have reacted the same way if i was in your position..but remember one thing i would never ever forget your birthday!That day is really special to me!"He said kissing on her forehead.

"Thank you so much momo,for making this day so special for me..!"She said

"Anything to make you happy my bacha!"He said with a smile.
