Stanley's POV
After hours of cleaning and organizing, I finally climb onto my air mattress, which's sitting on the floor. I just have to wait one week until I get my actual bed back, I don't want to wait that long. But I have to.

I plug my phone charger into the outlet beside me, I hear the sudden vibration when I plug the cord in my phone.

"Shit, It's 2 am," I said with realization

I shift my body on my side from my phone and wonder in curiosity, who I'm gonna hang out with. If I ever do, I mean I hate talking but I need to have friends at some point in time being here.

My eyes begin to droop, noticing I'm about to fall asleep. Until I heard the door open, the creaking noise made me jump in bed, I squint my eyes open and sat up, in a slumping position.

The door made a faint noise again, they closed it. Well, whoever it was.

I gulped, the fear began to build inside of me. My hands become sweaty from gripping my cotton blanket. I took off the blanket from my lap and stepped off the mattress, breathing shakily.

The cold touch from the tiled floor awakens me a bit, a few seconds later I reach out for the metal doorknob, I cringe as the doorknob makes a creaking noise.

I opened it quickly, and my face went from concern to relief.

"Stanley! Why are you up at this time?" they said, I can hear the panic in their voice.

"You scared me, what were you doing outside?" I looked at her in the eyes, her eyes were a tint of red, her face flushed. Was she crying? No, she can't be, I barely see her cry.

"Nothing I was just-"

"Mom, Are you okay?" I said, concerned.

"Stan, you need to go to bed it's almost 3 am and you have school!" she said as she sniffled.

"Are you sure?" I needed to make sure, I needed to. She looks stressed, or sad.

"Yes," she said smiling

I nodded and tiptoed back to my room, biting my nails. It's a habit that I have, biting the skin off my lips too is a habit for me. My mom always tells me to not do it anymore, but I really can't help it.

I climb back into bed and turned to my side, my eyes start to tear up, I don't even know why.

Suddenly, I began to cry quietly on the pillow. wet spots appeared on it, it's gross and uncomfortable. But I was too tired to care.

I turn my head from crying, and my eyes start to get droopy again.

Then I finally drifted off the sleep

Stanley's POV
I opened my eyes quickly from the loud ringing alarm from my phone, I swear it scares me every time.

I sit up straight and tore the cotton blanket off me, I drag myself out of bed to do my daily morning routine. Well my sorta morning routine, because of the moving van.

But I still had my suitcase with clothes, a brush, toothpaste etc.

I shower for at least 20 minutes, the bathroom was quite nice and neat. I get out, put a towel around my waist throw my pj's in a corner of my room.

Finally, I put on beige pants and a baby blue-collar shirt. Put on some white cotton socks, Brush my teeth, and finally brushed my golden brown curly hair.
