Homecoming

[Just a note from the author you'll be reading from Ahsoka's perspective for a bit of this chapter. I hope you don't mind.]

Ahsoka POV:

"Y/N!" You screamed. A million thoughts flew through your head. ' I need to find where that sniper is.' You scanned the area and saw the glint of a sniper scope in the vegetation.  You used the force to pull the gun out of the trandoshans hand. The gun landed in your grasp. You saw the trandoshan moving through the vegetation. You aimed the pain and pulled the trigger and the bullet flew through the trandoshans chest killing him instantly. You ran towards Y/n. " I'm so sorry Y/n." Ahsoka said while holding back tears. You knelt down and picked up Y/n's body.

"Y/n come in. Y/n do you copy?" 

"Master Kenobi?" You asked

"Ahsoka where are you and where's Y/n?" Anakin questioned.

"we're on a moon orbiting Trandosha and Y/n's in my arms." Ahsoka said with sadness in her voice "Ahsoka why is Y/n in your arms?" Obi wan questioned

 "Master he- he's dead." Ahsoka cried. 

"Ahsoka we're coming to pick you up. Check for a pulse." Anakin stated sorrowfully

"I will master."  you said just before checking Y/n's wrist for a pulse. you put two fingers on his wrist. You felt a slight pulse. " Master he's alive. he has a pulse!"

"that's great snips" he said in a genuine tone "we're not far just sit tight."

"ok master." Ahsoka said before ending the transmission.

"well, well, well." The group of younglings from earlier stated." the smart one didn't make it."

"he did actually he's just unconscious." Ahsoka snapped." Oh and theres a republic cruiser inbound to pick us up.

"thanks, for saving us. I guess." the leader said. A deathly silence filled the air. until the familiar sound of LAAT's filled the air. 2 LAAT's landed behind you. Jesse, Rex, Kix, Anakin, Cody, Waxer, Boil and Obi wan piled out one while a group of Wolfpack troopers lead by Wolffe piled out the other. Kix and a wolfpack medic ran to aid Y/n along with Obi wan. "well snips, What happened to him?" Anakin questioned while staring.

"there was a sniper. He jumped infront of it, it was gonna hit my head if he did nothing i would have died." you explained

"we'll talk about this further when we're back on the venator." Anakin commanded.

"yes master." you groaned.

[Time skip]

Y/n Pov:

"Heart rate is increasing!" A clone screamed. The constant beat of a heartrate monitor filled the room. Your eyes opened to a blinding white light towering over your face. "where is the sniper?" You yelled. "commander you're safe. you're at the temple." A clone medic assured you. 

"where's Master Kenobi, Where's Ahsoka?" You questioned

"they're at the temple." the clone responded

"thank you trooper. What's your name?"

"the name is dodger." he replied.

"good to know. Thanks dodger." You told him "Am i allowed to leave?"

"yes sir." he shot back. You propped yourself up and left the med bay, trying to find Ahsoka. You hobbled towards you quarters and put on your normal jedi robes. On your way to the training order you saw a familiar face. 'Fuck Anakin's here' you screamed internally. You covered your face and tried to walk past him. "Y/n." Anakin stated "i want you to know everything ws a big misunderstanding."
