Ava sighed to herself as she got to work. It was early as she had been called in on a case and she knew that the last thing that she wanted to do was be awake. Ava saw Megan as she stood from the lift
"Ava, can I have a word" Morgan said as grace stood with carter. Carter looked to Ava who smirked
"tell Hotch I'll be right there" Ava said as carter nodded as grace looked to her boyfriend and smiled
"I missed you, is everything okay" he asked as he grabbed Ava by the waist as she looked to him and smiled "and why wouldn't it be, you know I love you Morgan. It's just a mess that's all" Ava said as he nodded
"I know that we haven't been together long and I know it's hard with this job but I want to make it work which is why once we are done I am going to go out on a date and we are going to have some us time" he said as he pulled her close and kissed her "sounds perfect" Ava said

Ava walked into the BAU room and smiled as she saw a video playing as Morgan sat down
"sorry I got held up. What did I miss?" Ava asked as she sat down and looked to the footage of a bank robbery on the screen
"over the past 2 months, the L.A. Field office has been tracking a series of 4 bank robberies in the L.A. Metro area. It's one individual wearing a black ski mask. He's highly skilled. It's his unique M.O that put him squarely in our court. This happened 2 days ago" JJ said as she played the video of the robbery on the screen
"He's making them undress" Hotch said
"he takes their clothes and locks them in the vault, then he goes for the cash" JJ said "smart. Nobody's going to run after him butt naked" Morgan said
"unless they have a lot of balls" Ava said "it's also a psychological advantage it makes the captives feel exposed and intimidated and must less likely to fight back" carter said
"that and the mac 10 he's waving around. Boys got a lot of firepower" Morgan said
"what's brought us the case?" Ava asked
"bedside in the last robbery two things changed; he beat the security guard nearly senseless and after he made everyone undress, he forced 2 pairs of victims together at gunpoint and then he made them simulate sec with each other" JJ said
"he's a sexual offender now" Ava said
"fuelled by violent rage, only out undid doesn't know it yet and if he did, he wouldn't be robbing banks anymore" Gideon said
"so we have a sexual predator egos just escalated his crimes" Hotch said
"a serial killer in the making" Gideon said

Ava got onto the jet and sat next to carter and smiled "are you okay?" Ava asked as she looked to her best friend who sighed
"I guess, Haley was here to see Hotch before and I don't know. He said they're separate and I know we hooked up W few times but they have a child and I know that the last thing I want to do is stop him seeing his son, I just don't know" carter said as Ava looked to her and smiled
"they're over carter and I don't know what is with Hotch and you but you seem to be his distraction right now and if you ask me it's what he needs" Ava said as carter looked to her and smiled
"I know, I know your worried he is only playing you, it's only you he wants to sleep with! and then play happy families but you can't sit back and let him do that. Your my best friend and I love you and you deserve a hell of a lot more than being the bit on the side and I know you like him and by that I mean the sex but you need to decide if this is the best thing for you. I'm only looking out for you, you don't need to talk to Hotch snd see just what is going on" Ava said as she placed a hand on top of cartersand smiled as Morgan sat next to Ava as he placed a hand on her thigh
