Immediately my heart started beating faster, I shoved my shake away from me and used my free hand to push myself up. "What's wrong? What happened!" I demanded. I heard a sigh. "Mr. Jung was found on the side of the road on a bridge. It appears he had collapsed." Fear overran me. "But is he okay now? Where is he?" I desperately asked. "He's in a critical condition. He kept asking for you, you can find him in xxxxxxx." I yelled a quick thank you as I ran towards the hospital he was at, not caring about the stinging pain that I felt.

As soon as I arrived I asked for his room number. 287...288...289...290! I pushed the door open and crashed into Hoseok's chest. "Why did you do that you brat! You made me so worried!" I cried. "I love you so much never do this to me again." Hoseok slowly opened his eyes and a tear went down his face. "I love you too Jimin." He answered. "I'm so sorry, I don't know what overcame me. She just left and-" My head shot up. "Hoseok you're talking nonsense what does she have to do with this?"

He repeated himself. "She told me she had somewhere to be and she left. So I walked back home and it felt like my world was collapsing. When I got home you weren't there," he sobbed, "and I thought you had left me just like my mom. I thought you were gone because I was bossy and kept telling you to stay home." He took my hand and softly pinched it. "I felt so miserable I took all of my pills and went out again to look for you, I started feeling worse and I blacked out." He looked down at his hands. "Hoseok! I would never leave you, you're like a brother to me. And you know your mom didn't have a chance." I sighed.

Suddenly the older shot up. He covered his mouth as he kept on coughing. I stood up quickly as his heart monitor went off.

I looked at him as I saw him cough up blood. I panicked and it seemed like he was choking on a blood clot. I started screaming immediately, it looked absolutely horrifying.

"Hoseok! Wait no, keep breathing hyung! I'm getting help, stay here. Just- close your eyes, you'll be okay in a minute!" I started crying and ran out of the room to get help as soon as possible. "Help! Please I don't know what's happening." I sobbed.

Two doctors rushed in and pushed me aside. "Please get out of the room sir, my colleague and I are going to handle this." But I kept hearing choked sobs from Hoseok. "Please help him!" I screamed. "Please-." The door closed on me. The sound of people reincarnating him, it drew out all the other sounds as it was all I heard. Only a few seconds later I fell unconscious in the hallway of the hospital. It was all happening too fast.

When I woke up it was already dark outside. I wanted to stand up as I noticed my foot was plastered in a soft cast. Memories of earlier flooded in and I quickly went back to room 290, ignoring the cast completely. However, the bed was empty. I started to feel slightly nervous, they were able to save him, right. I walked up to the front desk.

"Excuse me Miss, my friend Jung Hoseok was in room 290, but I checked in again and his bed is empty. Did they move him?" The woman typed his name into the computer, clicked a few things and looked back at me. "He's in a critical state, so they moved him to a floor with more surveillance." She said calmly.

The nurse looked down at my cast. "It appears you hurt your foot? Please go back to your room, a doctor will come soon." She whispered. How dare she act like my best friend didn't just almost die before. I pushed her away and stood up. "Where is he?" I asked. "You can't go see him right now, the hospital will contact you sometime later." I muttered some curses under my breath and walked back to my room, devastated.

Just a few minutes later a doctor came in and looked at me. "Sir I have no idea what you did with that foot of yours. But it's safe to say that it's a miracle you can still stand on that after -so I've heard- running and even dancing on that foot continuously." He softly chuckled, "However, you really need to rest now, your foot is absolutely crushed. I am sorry but I don't think you'll ever be able to dance on that without feeling a staying pain. Which is why I would strongly recommend quitting." He emphasized the last word.

I lowered my head, ashamed of how I had treated my own body lately. "You can go home though, but remember to not run on it, nor dance on it. I mean this Mr. Park." He said sternly. I nodded in embarrassment and slowly headed out. If life was even the slightest bit good before, it really took a U-turn today. I was told to never dance again. Told to stop doing one of the only things that kept me alive for all these years.
