The moon never seemed so bright to her, maybe it was the dark sky in contrast, or maybe it was the fact that the person she had admired, looked up to, loved, who seemed so bright to her, was now dull, and dusty. She glanced at the photos of him, with another.

She stood, her legs wobbling. Walking outside, the cool air hit her face. slowly, she walked towards the place they loved. The park was filled with rose bushes, and plants, that seemed so happy, but now seemed sad, and droopy. Memories flooded her brain, causing her to sniffle. She sat down.

He arrived. Sitting down next to her, empty silence filled the air, each knowing that their relationship would go no further. She sobbed quietly, trembling. He gently stroked her hair, holding her tight. His touch was so cold, tainted with the scent of another girl. They sat there, in the cool air, taking in their final time together.

And with trembling hands, and watery eyes, She looked up at his deep brown eyes, and said goodbye one last time. They would never say see you soon or see you later, because later would never be in their future again.

She walked away, crying, leaves crunching under her feet, Rain soaking her, seeming to know to hide her wet eyes.Grabbing her packed bags, She looked at her house a final time, before hailing a taxi, headed for the airport.
