Why do people take advantage of other people? Why do people do it? Why? Can someone tell me?

A disable person named Rayan Kollack is a deaf 19 year old who is in college. He's been in since last summer. He is in his freshman year and he is doing really good. How is he doing good? He reads lips, does sign language and has a person by his side to help translate for him just in case....kinda like a helper. But people are making fun of him and taking a lot of advantage of him for how he's made and for his disability. Grown people or young adults can be total kids sometimes ya know?

"I don't wanna go to today!", I yell trying to keep the covers on.

"Ray u got too!! U can't miss another important day!!", Craig yells trying his hardest to pull my cover off.

"No!", I yelled again letting go of the cover. And he fell on his rump.

"Ow! Ray get up!", he demanded.

"I don't wanna go today. I wanna take a nap.", I said putting the cover back over me.

"U already did that. Now let's go.", he said getting off the floor.

"For a buff person you sure is weak.", I say cuddling up.

"Ray get up...NOW!!", he growled.

"NO!! I'm tired!"

"Why don't u wanna go to school?", he asked.

"I just don't wanna go. I'm sleepy.", I said lying.

"You're lying.", he says. "Ray what's really going on?"

"Nothing.", I said lying again.

"Is it them haters again?"

"Maybe...yes.", I admit.

"Ray forget about them fools. They too grown to be acting like that.."

"But can I just miss one day?", I ask.

"Yeah...I guess." He sighed. "I can't believe you let them people get to you Ray."

"No I didn't...I just dont wanna go today. I don't wanna hear them hurtful comments about me.", I say.

"That's letting them get to you you dummy!"

"Shut up!"

We then hear foot steps come up the steps. They were coming to my room.

Knock Knock!!

"Come in!", I say.

"Mom told me to come up here and tell ya to stop all that yelling.", Raquan said.

(Raquan is Ray's 14 year old brother. Just imagine him as Ray when he first started Mindless Behavior.)

"Yeah Craig shut up. Making all that noise."

"It was you too lyer."

"But you started it when u first walked in.", I said putting him on hush mode.

"It doesn't matter..mom just said shut up.", he said walking out.

"You're such a quitter Ray!", he yelled slamming my door.

People don't really like me. They think because I'm disable I can't do much on my own and I get special needs. But it's cool. They just mad. But not everyone makes fun of me. This one girl named Vannah Tierra is really nice to me. She doesn't joke about me at all. She's perfect. She has the highest score throughout the Hazelwood District. I have the second most highest....
