Did you know life had discipline? Discipline is in many forms. It may be In form of how you carry yourself. It gives you an intention to practice something.

Let me give you an example of me.. There some self discipling techniques am gonna share with you. They most times help me when am down and they give me a clue of how am gonna get through the situation and be strong. First I build up some habits so am gonna share them with you.

1. Gratitude. This helps me to move away from things which I don't have and appreciate what I have. When i do this remarkable things happen. This will you improve your mental health' our emotional wellbeing and spiritually, Gratitude does so much in your life. It will help you move from the state of lack to a state of abundance. Well with this spend some ten minutes and write things your grateful about.

2. Forgiveness. When you spend a lot of time on regret, Anger, we actually create more problems than solutions. Hate consumes most of your energy than love and forgiveness. Without this habit never expect to achieve discipline. When someone hurts you, forgive them, it doesn't necessarily mean forget their faults but just forgive and release that negative energy. When your so angry think of the people you have wronged and yet forgive you.

3.Meditation. Meditation will help you get your mind at ease. It will give you spiritual centeredness that acts as a venue for growth. It will help you set the right tone for the day. Just know it doesn't take much of your time 10-15 minutes, Keep your mind still and don't let it wonder. Open your palms, rise your face to the heavens and feel the air in and out of your lungs. Meditation will help you align your physical body with the  your spiritual body.

4. Eat healthy

5. Exercise.

6. Time management

7. Persistence.
