"Lottie! We're about to film the outro, you want to come down and judge their work?" Louis yells from the bottom of the stairs. I look up towards Jesus and Laura who are sitting across from me in the living room, shrugging. They smile, nodding back towards me. I stand up, my sweatshirt wrapped around me because it was a lot colder inside than outside and coming in was a shock.
It was nice of Dixie to grab it for me.
I run down the stairs, and as I walk into the studio room I see the six of them sitting on stools in front of the camera, a bunch of people from James' team sitting on the couches behind it.
"Heeeey Sister!" James says excitedly, making me realize that they have the camera rolling. I widen my eyes, nervous.
Everyone online hates me, why should I walk over there and be in a video for one of the most popular Youtuber's video?
Plus, who am I to judge makeup? Mara was always the one to like makeup.
Actually, when she died, and I started feeling myself slip away, I started wearing more makeup. She always wanted me to, and I didn't have many other ways to cope.
No Mara.
No Noah.
No TikTok.
No Quinton.
Why do they want me here? I should go back upstairs.
I go to turn around, but Jesus stops me, turning me around and pushing me towards my brother who is on the edge. I force a calm smile, walking on camera and standing awkwardly to the side. Noah grins, looking towards the camera and saying,
"If you don't know Lottie, she's my sister!" I smile awkwardly, waving towards the camera.
"Okay, Lottie, we need you to tell me how my makeup looks. I havent seen it yet, since we turned off the monitor, and no one has given me a mirror. Right?" He looks around and everyone resoundingly, on and off camera, yells that he hasn't. We all laugh before I walk over looking at it.
