The first time Renjun saw Haechan was when Haechan starred in SM Rookies. Brat he had thought.

Jun always wanted to be a star. But he didn't know what kind of star. He was young and at first he only wanted to be popular and on tv and make his parents proud.

Fast forward to the time he started listening to kpop and was already an Exol, Specially the ‘Butterfly Song’ motivated him and made him decide he wants to go to SM and be like them.

But it wasn't until his grandma told him to achieve his dream and not think about what others will say ,he decided to send an email to SM for auditions.

Audition date was in 2 days and he still hasn't got a reply back.

Renjun wasn't specifically a confident,positive guy, he already had lost the hope to get a reply once only a day was left.

But say it a luck or destiny, 

Renjun was having dinner with his family and “ting” he checked his computer thinking it could be school related something….

He couldn't believe his eyes as he was reading the letter that he was called for the audition, but the catch was audition was next morning and here he is the night before having dinner with his family.

He was happy ,he was screaming ,his grandparents were more than happy,but how do he get there?

He begged his parents to buy him a ticket and let him go.

He was not gonna miss this chance,this may be his last chance,he considered this a luck.

His parents were happy but they didn't expect much as Renjun hadn't practiced anything and there were just mere hours left to the audition,still for their one and only son's satisfaction they rushed to the station and got him a ticket and he left right away without any preparations.

He boarded the train and settled, and the anxiety started acting up again,he was leaving but will he make it? He didn't know anything about singing,also he danced just for a hobby, he knew literally nothing.

He got all restless and was unable to think anything and was losing all hope all of a sudden again.

But then again  if those rookies can make it why can't he,he turned on the phone and watched some videos and learned the choreography in his head in the 3 hour ride.Tbh he was excited but couldn't help all these bad thoughts.

Before the audition he did the warmup and tried some of the moves he watched...still anxious.

He danced to “Growl”, “Ringa linga” and “Overdose”.

Of Course he was good at it, he just underestimated himself, he got selected right away.

The happiness, he still can't explain what it felt like..he was just happy he made his family happy and he was gonna be SM trainee just like his favorite idols EXO.
