Harry struggled against the bindings and looked at Draco close to tears now as he heard his chance at freedom walk so close but he couldn't yell out for him.
Draco gave him one last look before walking out of his closet and shutting the door behind him
"Hello father"
"Hello Draco,why were you in the closet?"
"Oh just choosing an outfit for when we go out tomorrow to get new robes"
He nodded "well remember tea with your mother in an hour"
"Yes father"
Harry listened from inside and whimpered loudly over the tie, dracos father paused at the entrance to the room "what was that?"
Draco paused for a moment trying to come up with a reply.
"Oh it's just the house elf I'm making reorganize my closet"
"Hm,ok make sure that worthless thing does a good job or have it flogged"
Draco nodded and his father left after he was sure he was gone he opened the closet angrily and stalked in to where Harry was "I told you not to make a noise you stupid half blood" he kicked Harry in the stomach and Harry cried out under the gag as draco kept it up soon adding punches and slaps before he had done what he had promised and Harry was black and blue from his beating.
"Next time do as your told potter or else"
Harry looked down and nodded trying not to start sobbing infront of Draco and embarrass himself anymore
Draco bent down close and whispered in his ear "if you do next time I'll use the crucio curse on you"
Harry's eyes went wide and he shook his head quickly trying to tell him he wouldn't "hm we will see about that now stay quiet and don't make a fuss"
He reached up and retightened the bonds signifying that Harry had just lost any trust that he had earned earlier , draco stood and kicked him one more time in the thigh before stepping out and Harry started to sob this was somehow worse then being with the Dursley's and he had never thought that would be possible.
