Lovely things,
These Butterbowflies
I've heard they perch on your neck
Much neater than ties
The poor little creatures
Just flapping about
Too scared to wave hello
Leaving me to pout
Just out of reach
These critters, they are
Ever so talented
At teasing me from afar
Wonderful patterns
Red, blue, and soft silk
Some with bright polka dots
Others smooth as milk
They're so beautiful up there flying
High in the blue sky
And though I can't catch one,
At least I've got my cool bow tie
