Sneaky

Morgan's POV
I send out a group text to the team.
Me: one last dinner at the pub tomorrow night?
Everyone agrees and I smile, in the group chat without Hotch and Reid and text.
Me: maybe tomorrow?
JJ: gosh I hope they're both gay
Emily: I just hope one of them comes out
Rossi: if they don't kiss I might kill someone
Garcia: they need to get together!!! Reid can't have a girlfriend!!!!
I laugh and then decide it's worth a try, I collapse in my bed tired and jet lagged.

Reid's POV
I quickly throw on black pants, a gray button down, black tie, and hightops and rush out to Garcia's car. I hop in the passenger seat and say "sorry".
She smiles and says "no problem, just fix your hair before we get to the office".
I say "okay" and start looking to make sure I have my phone, keys, and wallet.
We pull in and we join the rest of the team around the table near the coffee maker. I make a cup of coffee quickly, when I turn back around to join the conversation.
Garcia says "ugh! I told you to fix your hair before we got here".
Everyone laughs as I lean back from her grasp and say "it's okay, I've got it, I've got it!"
I run my hands through my hair and fix it a little, when I finish Emily asks me something but I'm not listening, instead I caught Aaron's eye and I see a hint of a smile on his face. When we make eye contact it's like we are in our own world.
Morgan waves a hand in front of me and says "kid, did you here Emily?"
I say "oh umm no, what did you say?"
She says "I asked if you wanted me to give you a ride to the pub tonight?"
I say "oh yeah, thank you so much".
The day goes slowly, I do paperwork and put up with comments from everyone about the hickey. Toward the end of the day I head to Hotch's office with a random file, I close the door. I'm glad he's started closing his blinds. He looks up from his desk and smiles at me, I walk over to his desk and he stands and walks around to me. He places his hands on my upper arms and slides his hold down my arms to hold my hands.
He stands close to me and asks "so what can I do for you?"
I throw the file on his desk and keep eye contact, and say with a cheeky smile "a kiss".
He says "I can do that" and we kiss, I feel his hands slip to my waist and he moves them quickly.
I break the kiss and whisper "it's okay". He nods but doesn't move his hands back, I take his hands and guide them to my waist.
He says "spence" and I know he's worried about hurting me.
I unbutton my shirt and show him the cuts, I say quietly "look, they're healing. I haven't cut since before we got together". He still looks worried so I take his hands and gently place them on my bare waist. I kiss him gently and say "I'm fine, I have you now".
He nods and kisses me and says "I still worry about you because I love you".
I smile and say "I love you too". We kiss a little more until someone knocks on the door.
Rossi calls "Hotch?"
We quickly break apart and Aaron says "one moment".
I quickly button my shirt as he fixes his hair. As I quickly tie my tie he fixes my hair and gets the random file and I say "give it too me later". He nods and and I smile and say "show time".
He smiles before walking me to the door and saying "thank you Reid" and I slip out pass Rossi.

Hotch's POV
Rossi steps into my office as I walk back to my desk and he closes the door and asks "do you know who the kid's dating?"
I raise an eyebrow and say "really Dave? Is this why you came in here?"
I pick up the file spencer left as Rossi says "just curious, are you excited for tonight?"
I shrug and say "I guess...I mean it's nice and everything but I feel like this was really last minute"
He says "yeah...I think I might see caroline during Christmas time".
I say "that's good".
He asks "are you dating?"
I laugh and say "absolutely not".
Rossi asks "why?"
I say "with this job? You're insane!" I add "besides, I can't remember the last time I had a successful girlfriend".
He shrugs and says "tonight could be your night".
I say "yeah right" as he's walking out.
He calls back "you never know".

Morgan's POV
After work I sit on my couch and Rossi texts the gang.
Rossi: Hotch joked about never having a successful girlfriend.
Me: straight or not?
Garcia: can one of them please just come out or show they're straight!
JJ: not?
Emily: he could always have bad relationships? Idk maybe.
I sigh at turn off my phone, time to get ready.
