Simon's Pov:
It was the next day. I looked at my phone it was 7:00am so I got up got ready for the day and 20 minutes later I got a text on my phone. It was from David (yeah might you have guessed it) he sent saying "good morning, how did you sleep?😊" I replied saying "good morning, umm not so well actually.. when can we meet up?" David replied "I am good as well thank you for asking and hmm.. I have a meeting about now so maybe at noon." I relied "okay, just text me." He relied with a "Yes sir!" That made me smile with joy. When I turned off my phone Lauren woke up she gave me a smile and I smiled back. She said to me "where are you going?" I said "a.. ima go do paperwork and other things" she turned over and and looked at her phone and said "this early?" I said "yes, I gotta catch up with work" she got up and said "aren't you gonna eat breakfast you can't go on an empty stomach" and walked toward me and gave me a kiss on the lips and I smile and nodded. I went down stairs to go to the kitchen it was a Sunday so Eric didn't go to school tell tomorrow. I made myself a quick breakfast to eat and took an orange juice to drink on the way but first I went to brush my teeth then I'm off. 10 minutes later I got my keys and Lauren said "are you really gonna go without saying goodbye?" With a little smirk on her face I said " oh sorry.." I hugged her as a goodbye but instead she leaned in for a kiss I didn't want a kiss but then instead I smiled and exited out the door then got on my car and drove off. I actually didn't know where I was gonna go but then instead I ended up being at my office doing paper work. I rarely did anything just thinking about David.
David's Pov:
1 hour in a room I was so bored just listening to this meeting. All I can do is think about Simon I want this meeting to end and the few things I have to do so I can see Simon. 2 hours later finally the meeting was over and one of my friends were there named Richard one of my great mates of mine. He walked up to me and said "Hey David good morning" "good morning Richard.. did you really wait 3 hours here for me?" I replied he laughed and said "Yes, I want to take you out for breakfast" I said " I will accept I didn't eat anything and I'm hungry" he laughed and said "you want to chose where to eat?" I Actually didn't care were we eat breakfast I was just to hungry "anywhere is fine" he laughed and smiled saying "okay then". We arrived and he took me to Denny's I looked at him and he said "you said anywhere is fine" with a smile "I know it's not the place it's just that are you sure this is not like a date?" I relied with a smirk on my face. He said " I.. a.. well no.. y-y... a.." I relied with a "I will pretend this is not" he looked at me and said "don't get off the car" I was confused so I didn't I was still on the car and he went to my side and opened the door and said "now, you may get out 😌" I just giggled. We walked up too Denny's Richard opened the door we waited like 10 minutes to get a seat for us and I got waffles with sausage, eggs and with some ice tea. Richard got the same thing as me just that he got coffee instead. We ate and left he took me to my house because since he also took me to my meeting he opened the door for me I said "thank you Richard" he smiled and said "always" and drove off. I went inside my house and went up stairs to my office and did paper work I checked my phone and it was 11am so I went straight to work.
Simon's pov:
I am done for today's work. Now, ima head home to rest a bit. 30 minutes later I arrived home and went inside. Lauren was with Eric watching the TV Eric jumped off the couch and ran to hug me "you're back home daddy" Eric said I smiled and giggled Lauren smiled and said "come watch this movie with us" Eric said "yes come" me graved my hand and pulled me toward the living room I sat next to Lauren and Eric laid his had on my lap and Lauren put her head on my shoulder while she was playing with my hair. 20 minutes later Eric got up to go to the bathroom and Lauren leaned to kiss me and I backed up and said "Lauren Eric is here" she said " it's just a kiss Simon" she got her hand and put her hand on my lap and was starting to go up I got her hand and said "Lauren stop Eric might come" so she stopped. Eric came back and we continued to watch the movie. 1 hour later I got a text on my phone it was from David and said "I'm done with my work" I had my hand around Lauren while Eric head on my shoulder I removed my hand from Lauren to text back and said "okay, where do we meet up?" He replied saying "at my house" texted back saying "okay on my way" he replied saying "don't be late 😉" I just giggled I turned off my phone and said "I have to go somewhere" I got up and said goodbye too Eric and Lauren and she said "don't be late" I just nodded and left.
