When Nicole heard him say I know who you her heart dropped to her stomach she couldn't believe this was happening to her ! She didn't know how long he's known ! She figured if he has known for a long time now he wouldn't have allowed her to be in his school but then again he might he just wouldn't let him date her ! But they have been together for almost 6 months now she figured she could play it cool and pretend she didn't know what he was talking about but then that probably would make things worse for her and Brie so her only answer was to sit and listen to what he had to say ! And pray that he wouldn't tell anyone where she is !

She got up and stood in front of him !

Nikki: How long have you known ?
JD: I honestly found out 3 weeks ago !
Nikki: How ?
JD: One of the secretary's was checking through the emergency cards and noticed that you were the only two with no emergency contacts so I was trying to get a hold of your mother to my surprise she wasn't on the card either so I looked you up on the Arizona records and to my surprise I discover that there is no Colace twins but there is Garcia-Colace twins ! With the number to a man in Boston !
Nikki: Mr. Cena I can explain !
JD: Don't bother ! I won't tell John what I know but I won't take my eye off of you either ! Don't hurt my son !
Nikki: That's why you need to listen to me since you know who I am then you probably know that I'm engaged ! Once I turned 18 they would make me marry someone I don't love that's why I escaped with my mother and Brie ! I have fallen madly in love with John but I don't want to hurt him so when I graduated I was going to leave and never come back to Boston yeah he would be sad for a while but I would avoid hurting him more when he found out who I was that's why I've been trying to get early admission to San Diego state !
JD: Running won't solve anything Nicole !
Nikki: I know but it's my only hope of being free ! Please don't tell him who I am and please don't tell them where I am ! I beg of you !
JD: I won't only because I know what they have done not only to you but to others ! And I won't tell John because I know he loves you but this has got to stop if they see you with him they won't only hurt you and if they hurt my son that's something I would never forgive !
Nikki: I know I just need time to say goodbye !
JD: I'll see what I can do ! I'll see if I can get you and Brianna a full ride to San Diego state and get you out of Boston as soon as possible ! I just have a question !
Nikki: What is it ?
JD: Why didn't you go straight to San Diego ?
Nikki: That's the first place they would look for me ! There and Arizona ! If they find me when I'm 18 they can't do anything because I'm free but if they were to find me now they could take me no problem !

Johns dad just nodded and walked away leaving Nicole feel like a giant weight has been lifted off her shoulders but not entirely because she still had to hide !

He then came back

JD: One more thing !
Nikki: Yes ?
JD: I know this is none of my business but please be careful and don't get pregnant I swear you will start a World War III ! If you were to have a baby with my son ! I honestly wouldn't have a problem with it but they would ! Especially your fiancé

Nikki nodded and he walked away !

She started thinking wait ! If she got pregnant by John she would be Johns responsibility for sure ! But if she comes out they might force her to say that the baby isn't his and that's something she couldn't do either !

This was so confusing to her all she wanted to do now was enjoy the time she had left with John and leave before she could hurt him and maybe one day come back ! Hoping that he wasn't with someone else or at least that he was happy !

She didn't notice when John came back into the room and sat next to her so when he spoke up she jumped !

Nikki: Oh babe sorry you scared me !
John: What's wrong you don't look okay ?
Nikki: I just feel sick can you take me home ?
John: No you can stay here and I'll take care of you !
Nikki: No it's fine John I just want to be home with Brie !
John: As long as I can take care of your there then...
Nikki: Yeah that's fine just please take me home ?

John nodded and they left the house together when they got there Nikki sent John to get some food all excuse to leave her alone with Brie !

Nikki: Brianna, Johns dad knows about us !
Brie: What !

After calmly explaining everything to her they agreed that the best thing to do was to leave Boston for good !

Brie: It's a good thing Randy said he would visit me !
Nikki: If John asks for me I'll always be busy and dating someone else !
Brie: Do you love him ?
Nikki: He's the first person I've ever fallen in love with and I have to give it up..........
