After hours of planning and talking Nicole agreed to do what Don told her to do ! She knew that she was putting a lot at risk but this could also be the last chance to catch him and finally be happy with John ! John didn't agree with this plan but Nicole didn't care she told him since they weren't married he had not say in it even if she was carrying his kids it's her body and she wanted nothing more that to be done with this man once and for all ! She wanted to see him rot in jail for everything he's done to her mother , her sister and her she was tired of it and she wanted to put an end to it ! She just for once in the past months wanted to feel like if she was in control ! Like she was the one making the decisions and she was the one in charge !

After a huge fight with John he finally agreed to go along with the plan and they watched as she called Jackson !

Jackson: Why hello darling !
Nikki: Cut the crap what do you want ?
Jackson: What do you mean dear ?
Nikki: Please stop playing with me and just tell me what you want so you could leave me alone ! Name it and it's yours !
Jackson: I want my company back !
Nikki: Fine I'll sign it over to you !
Jackson: Mh hotel say in get days ?
Nikki: No ! You come to Toronto and meet me at a Starbucks ! Simple in broad daylight where everyone can see I bring the documents I'll sign them in front of you and then you can go !
Jackson: Whatever you want princess I just want the money !!
Nikki: Call me when you're here ! And I promise I'll go alone I'm done with John even thought I'm pregnant with his kid I can't stand to be around him I rather be alone then with him !
Jackson: Should have married Spencer !
Nikki: Maybe bye !

She hung up and looked at John who looked angry !

John: What was that about ?
Nikki: Just so he doesn't think I'm with you now please just go with it and help Don with whatever he wants to do next ?
John: Fine you sleep you look tired n
Nikki: I am !

She kissed him and went to bed !

The next day

Jackson texted Nicole saying he had just landed in Totonto and gave her the address of the Starbucks they would meet at !

John woke Nicole up and made sure she ate something then she went to go get ready ! She was very scared she didn't know how this would turn out but she wanted nothing more than to see the police take him away ! Once she was ready she took the car and drove away ! She waited there and saw that Don was already there ! But she didn't see Jackson ! When she finally saw him walk in she got out of the car and walked in too she ordered her drink and went to sit at a table ! She then saw him approaching her and she began to get really scared !

Jackson: Hello dear !
Nikki: Can we cut the bullshit and get this done ?
Jackson: Why in such a hurry ?
Nikki: I have a doctors appointment !
Jackson: You know you could just give those kids to John then go find Spencer !
Nikki: Look are we doing this or not ?

She said as she pulled the documents out of her bag when he stopped her !

Jackson: Not so fast !
Nikki: What ?
Jackson: You didn't think that I brought my own documents do you ?
Nikki: Don't trust me ?
Jackson: Considering you ran away, no I don't !

Nikki grabbed the papers and started looking them over !

Nikki: Well I don't trust you either and I will need a lawyer to look over these papers !
Jackson: Why ?
Nikki: Because I might be signing something that isn't good for me like oh....

She said reading a part carefully !

Nikki: Like the part where it says I will no longer be pressing charges ! And the part that states that I will in fact still marry Spencer !

She continued to look at it and was getting angry !

Nikki: It says here my mother will be in jail for a year for kidnapping ?
Jackson: She took you from me !
Nikki: You're not my father so it's not kidnapping !

Nikki said she wanted to get it over with fast but what he didn't know was that the police were on their way to get him !

They continued to argue back and fourth when the police arrived when she saw them she got out he followed her and grabbed her by the force the police then grabbed him and finally took him away.......
