Aman was nervous, seeing Ratna's number flashing on his mobile. Why she is calling this late at night? He attended the call.
"Mom... is anything serious?"
"Yes, Aman beta... it's very serious..." She said controlling her laughter.
"What happened, Mom?"
"Chotte agreed to the marriage..."
Aman couldn't believe what he just heard is true.
"Whaaaat! Come again..."
"He said yes to the marriage..."
"Woooo hoooo" he hoped happily.
"We are going to Gupta House tomorrow to ask for Khushi's hand... you too join us..."
"Sure...I will surely come..."
"We are going to the Airport to receive Mano and her family."
"Have you invited them for the marriage?"
"No beta, Nanne is going to attend an interview. So they decided to come to Delhi to meet me"
"Ohh...They are going to hit two birds in a stone..."
"Yeah..."
"What is the Groom doing?"
"He is in his room... may be sleeping..."
"I bet... he would not have slept..." he laughed so did Ratna.
They disconnected the call.
Aman was right. Arnav had not slept yet and staring at the celling. He frowned, hearing a knock on his room door. He opened the door. In no time, Aman hugged him tightly.
"Congratulations ASR.... I'm damn happy..."
Arnav smiled mildly, staying in his hug. His facial expression changed into stern when Aman broke the hug.
"Khushi is so lucky to have you as her husband, ASR"
Arnav so wanted to say, "I'm the luckiest person to have her in my life"
"I'm going to GH with Mom and Dad tomorrow."
Arnav nodded yes.
"Do you want to see LIVE program?"
Arnav looked at him surprisingly.
"I will call you through video call..."
"No need..."
"ASR......" He sighed.
"Go home and sleep..."
"I will go after meeting NK..."
Arnav rolled his eyes.
"Don't get annoyed about him... he is kind of a stress buster yaar..."
"Whatever... let me sleep..."
"Wait until he comes...then go to sleep..."
"They will be late..."
At the same time, they heard a few footsteps. Aman laughed at him and Arnav rolled his eyes.
"Let's go..." Aman dragged him downstairs.
Aman rushed to NK and hugged him.
"How are you, buddy...?"
"I'm doing great..." NK said.
Arnav smiled at Manorama. In no time, she hugged him and cried.
