╰☆☆ ni-ki went home that night only thinking about what the cheery boy had said. "smile more?" he murmured, practicing the happy expression through his bedroom mirror.
but I don't have anything to smile for...
sunno was walking near a school park. he was searching for some flowers that he thought looked very pretty. the fortunate male found a small patch of them growing out of the sidewalk.
"how hard it must've been trying to break through all that cement. but luckily in the end the beautiful flowers made it." the joyful male sighed in content as he sniffed the sweet pollen on the iridescent plants."what the hell is he doing. is he talking to the flowers? and I thought he was already weird enough." sunno heard the familiar voices that were giving him nasty remarks; it was no other than his own family.
"mom why are you here?" the confused male questioned the old lady. "don't call me that." she snapped before grabbing her bags. "i'm trying to get some peace and quiet but you were in my way."
"so move it!" the irritated lady shouted, pushing past her son along with her husband who was carrying her bags.
"father!" sunno yelled. "do something.." he pleaded to his dad. the old man only gave him one last regretful look before completely leaving the poor boy to join his wife in the store.
i wish my father never married that witch. it was better when it was just the two of us. the disheartened male pouted at his awful thinking.
"hey sunno~" his older step brother sneered, seeing the said boy was alone he took the opportunity to bully him.
"mom said you were talking to some flowers today. i knew you were weird but that's a bit of a stretch."
his older brother grabbed him by the collar making the quiet boy face him. "you better answer me or i'll slap your pretty little smile away."
sunno sighed. he was used to his brother in law threats. he also knew talking would just make matters worse so he decided to keep quiet.
"you think you're soo funny huh? i wonder how pretty that smile will look with a black eye."
the alarmed male braced himself from his brother, waiting for the punch that never came.
"huh?" he muttered, staring at his brother's malicious grin.
the old couple finally made it back only to see their sons fighting. "we should do something." sunno's father insisted seeing his son being put in a headlock by his older brother.
the smirking lady just stared at the two. "but it looks fun~ let's see who wins." she grabbed her husband's hand, sitting down on the couch as they saw the two boys fight.
sunno's older brother was throwing remarks and a couple of disgusted looks as he hit the younger. and when the family finally decided it was enough sunno ran to his room a broken mess only hearing his mother's satanic laughter as he weeped.
he looked in the mirror to see his weary expression. this won't do..
he closed his eyes as he thought about his old memories, specifically about his late mother.
After thinking about his past for a while he smiled.
It wasn't the biggest smile or the brightest. but it was a beautiful one.it was a smile that could mask up all his misery. ☆☆╮
