Jerikas pov
It's Monday and it's the day I'm going to break up with Celeste. I told her to meet me by my usual parking spot by the front doors. I saw her walk out of the front doors, when she saw me she smiled and got in the car beside me.
" hey Jerika how are you and what did you decide?" she asked nervously.
" I'm alright and yes I have made up my mind" I said turning towards her slightly.
" that's good... What did you decide?" she asked nervously.
" I think we should be just friends...." I said looking away not wanting to see her cry.
" oh.... Well... Ill go then...." she said starting to cry.
I stopped her by grabbing her arm. She turned and looked at me, nothing but sadness in her eyes.
" I'm sorry Celeste I don't want to hurt you. But please can we still be friends, I want you in my life." I asked her feeling bad that I hurt her and she was crying.
" yes we can still be friends but I need some time before i can be around you, I'm sorry" and with that she got out and walked into the school.
I let out a long sigh. ' I feel really bad but I didn't want to hurt her by dragging it on' I thought to myself.
I walked into class and sat beside amber. She looked at me and I think she noticed something was wrong.
" how did it go?" she asked putting her hand on my thigh, her touch made me feel better.
" she was really upset and said she needs some time before we can be friends again" I said glumly as I put my hand in hers.
" so does that mean we are official now? or do you want to wait because you just broke up with your girlfriend?"
" yes it does but I don't want to tell people about it for a week or two" I said kissing her in the middle of class.
Some people looked at us in disgust but some boys just looked at us with smiles on there faces. I ignored them and listened to the teacher again for the rest of class with sparks running threw me from her touch.

We spent the whole day together, i could never pay attention in my classes mostly because I couldn't get my mind off amber. She was so perfect, I never wanted her to leave me.
At lunch Celeste saw me and amber holding hands, I felt so bad when she ran off crying. But taking to her would only make it worse. I unlocked my truck and we got in, we decided we would just chill in the car until lunch was done.
I took out a smoke and gave one to amber. We lit our smokes and she put her hand on my thigh. I gasped as the sparks ran through my leg. She just giggled and took a puff of her smoke.
" wanna come to my house tonight?" she asked rubbing my thigh.
" ya sure " I said with a big smile.
We finished our smokes and just talked about everything. That's what I like about her, I can tell her anything. I know I can trust her and she can trust me.

When the last bell of the day rang me and amber headed out to my truck. I was going to her house so I thought I would just go after school so I could drive her home.
