We both laid on the floor, panting like ravished dogs in response to our wild actions. He tucked me closer into him as we stared up into the now dark and starry sky, the sound of nighttime was emerging, owls cooed away with the evening sun and the distant howls of wolves echoed through the scenery, the beautiful place he had taken me had stripped away its pastel colours, only to be exchanged with a more astonishing view, the moon and the sparkly stars hung from the sky with grace and elegance, beaming its generous gleaming blue shine down on the earth, the trees stood tall and dark, as if they had a story of their own to tell, whilst the waves of the sea overlapped each other each one bigger than the last, as if competing for the first place. The world felt unknown to my eyes in the darkness, yet the feeling only brought peace and serenity, instead of the daunting fear I had once believed darkness enveloped.
I looked to my side, to the beautiful human that lay there, his hair flopped over his eyes that had become iridescent in the moonlight, I outlined his chiselled jaw with my fingertips, scanning his face that lay toward the dark sky. He turned and faced me, his lips so close to mine that they almost brushed against each other, I could still feel the passion in his eyes, the wildness of youth would forever lie in them- in his soul. My vision was so blurred next to his that is facial features looked disoriented, though I could still make out that he was smiling at me with an excitement that made me want to bounce with life and energy.
"This is ours Em, all of this, just for me and you to share..."
I smiled back at him and forced myself closer to him, until our bodies intermingled, forging us as one being
"I want to stay here forever" i exhaled any remaining stress that lay in my body, feeling fully relaxed and content with him as I closed my eyes and willed sleep my way.
"Goodnight gorgeous" he said, kissing my forehead before allowing his own eyes to shut.
