Chapter 9

Imad's POV
I have been wanting to call Farha but something was restraining me.So on my home way back from the gym I dialed her number and she picked.
"Hello,Farha."i said.
It took her like forever before she spoke.
"Ahh,hello."She said with a sweet voice.
"Ahhmm...it's the guy from the coffee shop Imad."
"Oh oh Imad,i get"
"Yess,so how are you?"I asked remembering the state i met her in.
"I am good,you?"
"Glad,I am good too."
"Ahhm...I didn't get the time to say a proper thank you,thank you ."She said.
"Don't mention,I hope you are alright now?"I asked again.
"Yess I am,thank you for caring."
"Ahh,it's nothing,so you gonna save the number?"I nervously asked.
"Yes yess I will."She said and let out a light chuckle.
"Okay,glad.Have a nice day."
"Thank you,same to you."She said.
"Ahhhaa."I said and I hung up.
Way to go Imad!!
I reached home and I had a shower,I dressed in a black shirt and ash sweatpants.I put on my crocs and moved to the main house and met Laila and my nephew.
"Ahh,brooo"Laila shouted.
"broo."I shouted back.
We both laughed.
"Hajara is in the house kenan?where is she?"I asked.
"She is in the kitchen eating our food."She said and chuckled.
"Uh oops."I said and Ayman sighted me.
"Ayman."I said and I picked him up.
"Yesss,uncle Imad."
"Yess boy,how are you?"
"I am fine."
"So who is now your favorite in power rangers?"
"The blue ranger in beast mophers."
"Ohhh,really?"
"Yess,I love his power,gorilla strength,arghhhhhhh!"
"Okay,go and play now."I laughed and dropped him.
"I moved to the kitchen and saw my sister Hajara and my Ummi there,Hajara was eating a fluffy pancake and whipped cream.
"Ummi what is this woman with fat belly doing in our house?"I asked Ummi which earned me a glare.
"Wallahi Imad you are not serious,kai da ita ai."Ummi said.
"And what are you still doing in the house without getting married,kpele o"Hajara said.
"Hahahh,what is this now?"I laughed.
"Ummi where is Hammad?"Hajara asked.
"He is sleeping,he just came back from the hospital."I answered eating the pancakes on her plate.
"Ayyah,poor soul."She said.
"So tell me who is your new girlfriend?"She asked smirking.Ummi looked at us and left the kitchen.
"No girlfriend no problem."I sang.
She smacked me and I laughed.
"Is it that girls don't like you?"she teased.
"Kaii,I don't know what to tell you."I laughed.
"Whatever."She said.
After her last sentence Hammad came in.
"Bro,you up."I said.
"Yess fahh,Mummy Ayman."he said.
"Doctor how are you?"
"Fine,you want to finish our food,o wrong now."he said and she threw a spoon at him.
"Why are you so aggressive?"he asked while laughing.
"She smacked me a while ago,I hope Ayman is not suffering?"
"You all are mad."she laughed and left the kitchen.
"Ahh,I forgot to ask you,I heard you talking to someone at night on Friday "I said.
"Imad,so you were eavesdropping?"
"I wasn't."I laughed."Well maybe i heard a word or two."I added.
"Arghh,she is my girlfriend yoy!"he said feeling on top of the world.
"brooooo"i shouted .
"my guy forget."
We ate food and decided to hang with some of our friends.

Farha's POV
That Imad of a guy is nice.When he ended the call ,I slept on top of my teddy and woke up around 12:00 pm.I had a bath and put on a black palazzo pants and a white sleeve shirt .I took selfies and I went downstairs to eat.
"Sleepy head."my mum slightly knocked my head.
"Haba,Maami I have been having 7am class for three days in the past week.
"Your dad is coming back tomorrow."
"Dad???!!Yipeeeee!!!"i jumped.
"Have you told the guys?"
"Asad knows but Ammar doesn't,he has been sleeping."
"Ayyah...Let me wake him up."
"Don't..."Before Maami finished her sentence I ran out to their apartment.
I picked my phone and started taking a video when I got to Ammar's room,then I sprinkled water on his face.
"What the hell?"
"Yess,wake up dumbo."
"You hate me."he said in his sleepy voice.
"Have I ever told you I love you?"I asked and he laughed.
"What brought you to my room?"
"Daddy is coming back tomorrow,get ready and let's go shopping."
"MashaAllah,Okay boss."he said and I left.
He got ready and we went to the mall.We bought ingredients and got back home to start preparing for his big arrival.
The rest of the day went in blur...
