Everything was a blur for the next two hours. I opened my eyes slightly seeing a dark figure standing beside me. I opened and closed my eyes a couple of times trying to make out the figure.

"Oh my god Cassie.." It whispered. "I'm so sorry I don't know what got into me there."

It took my hand, then I realized it was Dean. He had bandages around his head. How did he only hit his head and I flew out of the car?

He kissed my forehead. "Your seat belt wasn't on, I had mine on and only hit my head.. I totally understand if you want to break up with me.." He said still whispering. I shook my head slowly he was basically the only thing I had left.

"Wh-wheres my mom.." It hurt to talk but forced the words to come out of my mouth.

"I called when we got here, she didn't pick up." He said with annoyance in his voice.

That was final. She was either, busy or a sleep. She just didn't care.

"W-what time is it?" I asked softly, trying not to break down in tears.

"We left the house about around 8 ," He glanced over at the clock. "It's 9 :30 now." She's not sleep, she doesn't go to bed about around 10 or 11 o'clock. Warm tears fell down my face, I just wanted a hug.

"Cas.. Scoot over I'm coming in." He said already climbing up. I moved over slowly and he laid down next to me, the hospital bed was surprisingly big enough for both of us.

"They told me I couldn't be in the room with you while they were doing stuff. I stormed out and drove past your house my dad's car wasn't there. He must of left to do something then I came back here." He said. If they weren't doing anything and my mom wasn't sleeping where was she?

"I'm so sorry Cassie.. I was just mad." He said breaking my thoughts.

"Don't worry about it. It's just a few cuts and bruises." I said.

"You sprained wrist, and you hit your head." He replied.

"See not that bad," I said. "I wasn't going to break up with you.. I would never, your the only one that understands me, that cares."

"Your mom cares, Cas." He said quietly.

"If she cared, she would of picked up the phone Dean."

I turned the tv on some commercials were showing, the news came back on, and a nurse walked in to check on me.
"Upcoming news on Channel 5," It was a different woman this time dark brown hair, and light brown eyes. Both of us turned our heads to the screen even the nurse.

"Another woman was taken. Hailey Holland, Reddish hair, blue eyes, 32." She said. Oh no.. This can't be happening. This was a dream. The car crash, Dean and I's parents. But no she continued.

"Mother of two and wife. Husband and son died in a car crash two years ago. Her and daughter live alone here." She pointed to our small green house. "Asher Coleman, her boyfriend, exclaims to say he was just running to the store, came back and she was gone." Dean stiffened as he heard his fathers name, Ash was in tears.

"I-I don't know what happened, I just went to get a few things. I came back.. An-and she was gone." He wiped his face, and the camera went back to the woman.

"If anyone else has more information about Hailey Holland. Please contact the number on your screen. I'm Kacey Briggs with your Channel 5 News. "

I didn't know what to say. I was in shock. I was scared. What if the killer knows all of my personal information!? What if he's a stalker and he's watching me right now?! Did I know him?! I gripped Dean's shirt.

"Cassie.." He said trying to comfort me, rubbing my back.
"What if he's coming after me..." I whispered, crying.
