Chapter Nine

I gulped down my 2nd sandwich. I hadn't realized how hungry I was, then remembered I hadn't eaten full meals in a while.

"Damn, can you eat any faster?" Cole said from across me.

Madi kicked him from under the table and threw him a dirty look.

"Um ow my leg is there." he said.

"Oops." she says teasingly.

"Just stop both of you," Dean said. "We have to figure out how we're going to find this killer, we might have to split up an-"

"No," I cut him off. "We can't do this, we have to ask the FBI if we can help we can't just hop right in."

"She's right, we could get in big trouble." Madi added.

"Wait Kristina works there, we could probably be able to get in. She loves me." Cole said, showing off.

"Find that hard to believe.." Dean said between his teeth.

"Who's Kristina?!" Madi asked, face getting red.

"Calm the hell down, its my cousin's wife." Cole said.

"Oh..." She said her face still red.

"Good idea Cole, lets go." I said.

Two hours later.

The building was huge, as we walked in.

"Who are you here for?" A deep voice said.

All of us looked at each other with blank expressions.

He repeated the question. "Who are you here for?"

I decided to talk for Cole since he wasn't going to do it.

"U-um, I- were, looking f-for," I paused I couldn't remember her name. I glanced over at Cole and he mouthed 'Kristina Massy'

"K-kristina Massy." As soon as I said that he replied.

"Is she expecting you?" He asked.

Cole jumped in. "I'm Cole Massy, she knows who I am. Now are you going to let us in or not." he said in a harsh tone. Wow I never thought Cole could be serious.

He rolled his eyes and let us in, people on phones, watching the news, reading reports.

"Kristie!!" Cole yelled running to her, everyone's head turned to face Cole. She turned around, black curly hair gently flowing over shoulders and different colored eyes light brown in the middle and green on the outside.

"Cole!!" She said not yelling as loud as Cole. She was wear white jeans, and an oversized pink blouse, she was pregnant.
