As you and Daniel sat in his room doing your homework together, the thoughts of your friends planning hangouts right in front of your face before in school without bothering to ask you, replayed in your mind over and over.

You became down at the thought, what's wrong with me? You thought. Why haven't they been asking me to hangout with them lately? "Hey, (y/n), what did you get for number three? I'm still stuck..." Daniel asks as he drums his pen on his paper, trying to think.

"(Y/n)?" He asks, when you didn't respond. He then frowns and comes to sit next to you.

"Hey, babe. You ok?" He questions, wrapping his arm around you. You sighed, and shook your head. "No...actually," You look up at him. "What's wrong?? I didn't do anything to upset you, did I?" Daniel asks, making you smile a little. "No, baby. You did nothing wrong. Don't worry, I'm not upset with you."

"Oh, good!! I was getting nervous for a second. But anyways, what's wrong?" He sighs with relief, leaning his head on your shoulder.

"Well...it's my friends. You know, Ali and the girls. They keep making plans to hangout right in front of me, and don't even bother to ask me! Or when I ask if I can come, they say there's not enough room in their car to fit me. I don't even know what I did wrong to deserve this." You explained to him, feeling on the verge of tears.

"Ohhh, hey don't cry. You're a beautiful, fun girl and anybody would be lucky to hangout with you! And I'm not just saying that because I'm your boyfriend." He said with a smirk, as you shrug.

"You really mean it?" You look up, wiping your eyes. "Definitely! Who cares about those jerks anyways? You have me!" He gave that cheeky grin, which never fails to make you smile. "Yeah...I guess you are better than them anyways." You smile, and the two of you lean in for a passionate kiss. Danny is the best boyfriend ever.
