It was coming up to be you and Daniel's very first wedding anniversary, in a few weeks. One morning, you found yourself feeling sick right when you woke up.
Could it be? You took the test, and it came back positive. You started crying tears of happiness, Daniel was going to be so excited! You guys are finally going to be parents!
You decided to surprise him, by setting it up with the classic reveal trick. Luckily you woke up earlier than him, so you grabbed some bread and placed it into the oven.
A few minutes later, your husband woke up. "Good morning, handsome!" You smiled, wrapping your arms around his neck as he came into the kitchen. He smiled down at you, and hugged back. "Good morning princess, someone's in a good mood!" He then frowned. "I didn't do anything, did I?"
"No! Of course not baby," you giggle. "I just need you to check the oven for me."
"Check the oven? Why? It's seven thirty in the morning—babe?" He asks, you figured he might be catching on.
You and Daniel have been trying and trying to get pregnant, but it hasn't worked out for a while.
He opens the oven, and is confused. "Why is there bread in the oven?" He asks, taking it out. You then sigh, that he didn't catch on after all. "Think about it..." you smirked.
"Honey, it's seven in the morning. I don't think at this hour." He teased. "Oh! Just—I'm pregnant!" You announced. He just stared at you, it took a moment for him to take in what you said. His eyes widened, and he smiled. "What?! No! No way! You're serious!" He laughed, picking you up and spinning you around.
"I'm finally pregnant!" You squealed, kissing him a thousand times. "Oh, I hope it's a girl!" You smiled. "Well, whatever it is, I get to have it first. You can get the next one." He smirked, making you chuckle.
"Oh Danny, I can't believe this! We're gonna be parents!" You squealed again. "I know! This is amazing, I love you so much!" Danny smiled, kissing you. "I love you too, babe!"
