It took approximately 1 hour to get to the beach house. Hugo was out cold and Marinette was too stubborn to go and sleep due to the fact that she feels guilty leaving me up driving alone. I rolled my eyes at the thought before a punch was plastered on my arm. I rubbed the sore spot with my other hand while trying to drive as she glared at me '' What was that for'' I whisper yelled not trying to wake Hugo ''That was for saying I am stubborn'' she continued to look me dead in the eyes ''I said that out loud'' I asked confused ''Nope, but now I know you thought it'' she laughed making me roll my eyes.
''O we are here'' Hugo yelled startling us ''Geez Hugo are you trying to give us a heart attack'' Mari related to the scare-attack we just suffered. I chuckled as we pulled into the driveway. I came out the door and inhaled the beachly air. I looked around this was a pretty big beach house. The door flew open and Hugo jumped out the car and ran towards the shore.
I swooped him up putting him on my shoulders ''Nope, one you just woke up and two it is night and three you have to ask Mama Blueberry'' I laughed knowing Mari was probably rolling her eyes behind me. ''Ha-Ha very smooth Chat'' she said walking up to us. She stood next to me and leaned her head on my shoulder inhaling the calming scent. I looked at the water, it was calm and soothing ''why are you guys just staring at the water'' Hugo groaned crossing his little arms.
''way to ruin the moment junior'' Marinette protested fixing her bun. I laughed making Hugo groan as we walked away from the shore. ''Shit'' Marinette whispered which I heard due to my ultra awesome sense of hearing. ''what's wrong'' I asked as I strutted down the path to her at the door ''Uhh I may have forgotten the Key'' she giggled nervously ''wow typical'' I whispered so she couldn't hear ''I could just pick the lock'' I suggested I looked at her before pulling out her hair pin thingy and attempting to pick the lock.
''we left a key under the mat you know'' Hugo spoke as if stating the obvious ''Orr yea we did, thanks genius'' Marinette rearranged his hair which made him pout. She bent down under the mat and pulled out the key and posed as the statue of liberty Making us roll our eyes. She laughed and then opened the door. ''Finally'' Hugo beamed as I let him down. ''Tour'' Marinette grinned.
