I shot up when I had heard the sound of glass shattering. 'What the hell?' I look at my phone wincing at the sudden brightness, it was 4:06 AM. I got out of bed to check on my siblings to see if the got hurt. As I walk through the hallway I look down on the second floor to see illumi fight with my father. I knew where this was going, I knew what my father was about to do.
But I was so wrong.
My father had went back to his room, he later came back with a.....whip?! He then proceeded to whip illumi with it. All I could he at that moment was illumis cries and the sound of the whip hitting his skin. I was in shock and paralyzed.

Without thinking I ran to my older brothers aid. I went in front of him receiving a hit to the back.
"KILL! What are you doing!" Illumi shouted at me.
" I'm not letting his hurt you! I'm sick of seeing my siblings getting hurt over the stupidest reasons!" I shouted back.
My father was getting irritated at this point, he strikes again, and again... and again. Illumi was crying at this point. I didn't really care about getting hit all I care about at this moment is protecting Illumi.
Illumi's POV:
'Killua you idiot! I need to gather them and leave! Millukis at a friends house for the weekend, but Alluka and kalluto are still in bed! What do I do?' I panicked I tried to think of a way to get my other siblings and kill out of this hellhole. I then see car light from outside and honking, my parents look at the window to see who it was, I take this chance to grab kill and go upstairs to grab Alluka and kalluto.
As I ran to there room killua started, "Why can't I do anything, I can't help you or Alluka, or even Kalluto... All I do is try and block you guys from getting hurt. I can't get big and strong to protect you guys or even get us out of here." he said with a crack in his voice as he started to cry.
