Lagos Nigerian:
Michael POV:
"COME BACK HERE YOU USELSS BOY" my uncles wife said as she whooped me with a belt. I bet your wondering what I did for my aunt to start hitting me. Well my mom had to go do her job as a cater and cook for a party. Unfortunately the party is in EDO state and children are not allowed in the party so my mom had to leave me and my twin sister in her elder brother house. Which was a bad idea, cause my mom elder sibling's treat her bad and they beat us when ever she is not around, but we never tell her. Our mother is already going through so much so we did not want to stress her by telling her that her siblings maltreat us when ever she is not around.
My name is Michael and I am 8 years old. I have a elder twin named Iva and two elder sibling that stay abroad, named Angela and Odell. Life is not currently the best for us right now, my mom retried as a chef in Sheraton hotel where she met my dad. At that time she had divorced my eldest siblings father who she managed to convince to take my elder sister with him so that she could have a better life and education. My elder brother Odell was in America with my mom friend but nobody knows about it except me Eva, my mom, Angela and Odell's adopted parents .
Anyway back to the reason why this expired witch, my so called aunty was beating the holy spirit out of me with a belt. One of her daughters had broken her favorite cup and blamed it on me and my twin. Since my twin had gotten slap earlier for something she did not do and I was not there to help her I decided to take all the blame.
"Your are a good for nothing just like you mother *WHOOP*. You will never be anything in life." I never cried or scream in pain even though she was using the metal part of the belt to hit all over my body. I was used to it, me and Eva but mostly me. I knew by the time she was done I was gonna have more scars all over my body.
After what felt like an hour she was finally done. "Next time you break any of my plates I will make this beating look like child play. And don't worry about food because you will not be getting any food from me." she left as I stayed there struggling to get up. Eva came and helped me up "am so sorry little brother. You took the blame, even though I tried to tell you not to. Your always taking the beatings for me. Why? " she cried, I shook my head and wiped the tears from her eyes.
I heard laughter and looked to see my Uncles children laughing at my pain and my sisters tears. "Aww look they crying. its good for you, your a nobody and nobodies deserved to be treated like trash. That's why your father left you and your mother to suffer." James said as Divine agreed, before they all left to play with their friends.
(A/N: I know it shot, but I just wanted to give you guys a glimpse in Michaels early life.)
