Chapter.7

Zoe POV

I went to the big house immediately and was met by all of the counselors up for a meeting talking about where I and Percy went 

"Hi," I said 

"Zoe! But where is Percy." Chiron asked

"We found the labyrinth and he went to scout it out I tried to stop him but you know how the man is when he is protecting someone he cares about, "I said.

And then the meeting was to discuss what we do and Chiron issued a quest and asked who was gonna volunteer and no one did other than me when I realized what I had done everyone was already ready to tease me to death I went up to the attic for a prophecy and this is what I heard

You shall delve in the darkness of the endless maze,

The dead, the traitor, and the lost one raise.

You shall rise or fall by the ghost king's hand,

The child of Athena's final stand.

Destroy with a hero's final breath,

And lose a love to worse than death.

And that scared me a little with the last line being to lose a love to worse than death as I know that I have fallen for Percy Jackson and if I love him he might be the one that the last sentence talks about and for the quest I chose Luke being Percy's friend, one of the only males that I could tolerate without having feelings for and one of the best fighters in the camp (A/N he did not turn dark in this) and Nico as there is a line for the ghost king as that could only be him or Hades and I don't I am gonna get Hades to come on this mission so I had to go with these two boys but at least they are two of the rare few that did not flirt with me and we went to the maze and when we went in we saw Percy but I realized that the prophecy was not to get Percy back it was to defend the camp and he was fighting a couple of monsters and was surrounded by dust so it looked like a giant monster hoaurd and when he finished we just got to him and he explained that he found Hephaestus and that the god want him to clear out a forge for him and Percy thought that he might needs some help so he was about to go back to the camp for a quest but was met by us and after that long explanation we went in the direction of the forge using a tracker that Hephaestus built.
