A/N So if you think that you have read this story before, I have taken the idea from a one-shot from an author I forget the name of and turned it into a book (I think it started with a B so if you know, please comment the author and I will give credit). Nico knowing who Cassiopeia is will most likely be used in the future but I will make sure to let you guys know with an A/N if he does.

Percy POV:

I was having a sucky day. It started with waking up late so I missed breakfast. Annabeth was working on plans for Olympus so she couldn't be my human alarm clock like she usually was. After wandering around looking for food and just deciding to eat some strawberries from the field, (we have them for a reason!!!) I realized what day it was. September 4th. The day Pia was killed by Alecto. After realizing this I had no motivation to wander around camp anymore, Gods, I had no motivation to go see if Wise Girl is okay and say good morning. So now I am just sitting in my cabin. Staring at the wall. I just had my 17th birthday. We just had our 17th birthday. 5 years ago and it has never gotten easier.

Leaning down, I pulled out the shoebox from under my bed that had the pictures of Pia and I. In a way, it was a shrine. I laughed, a hollow sound, if Pia was here she would've never let me live down the fact that I basically had a shrine of her under my bed.

I took out the stack of photos. There were about 20 of them, when we were younger mom took photos constantly but we didn't have enough money to print out for than a few of them, and now that Pia is gone mom doesn't want to print out the rest. It makes her too sad.

I lay the photos out across my bunk and noticed that two seemed to be stuck together from the static caused by the print on the photos. I tried to separate them with my nails but they weren't long enough and there was too much friction to push them apart. I grabbed one of the knives by my bed and slipped it between the two photos to reveal the one hidden. I stared at it in shock.

It was the day that she was killed, in homeroom class. She was obviously taking a selfie because of the fact that her arm was extended towards the camera but I was behind her doing a fish face. I suddenly remembered her taking that photo. She had told me that she felt like she needed to take the photo, that she felt something was off. I had believed her, but she didn't talk about it again so I had dismissed it, but I now remember her saying that. The selfie was also the reason that she got detention, one of her less exciting ways that she had to stay after school, it was usually cussing out the teachers under her breath. Looking at the rest of the photos, I started to tear up. Cassiopeia didn't deserve what she got. I should've been the one to die. But then, she would have to be the child of the prophecy's since she was older. I slightly shrugged, dislocating that thought, and continued to look at the photos.

Nico POV:

Annabeth came to me worriedly, saying that Percy hadn't come to see her. I had dismissed it until she said that nobody has seen him and that his cabin is locked. She asked me to shadow travel into his cabin to check if he was okay. A bit reluctantly, I agreed. Will was going to kill me later, but then again, he would be devastated if he murdered his boyfriend so I figured that I was going to be okay.

I walked towards his cabin and knocked first. No answer. I shadow traveled into his cabin, but because of the disuse of it, my direction was off, and instead of landing right in front of the door, I landed on his bed. On Percy's head.

"Holy Hera Nico! What the fu-" I interrupted him to say sorry, but the words died in my throat. He looked terrible. His eyes were bloodshot and I could see tear tracks that traced down his face.
