The boys stayed at my apartment to watch a movie and just chat a little. I missed this so much while I was off at college just me and my boys. It was nice getting closer to the people I will now consider my new family. Currently Jimmy, Chandler, and Chris were crashed on my couch. I took a picture of the three of them cuddling and posted it to my instagram.

"Why are you giggling like that?" Karl asked as he looked on my phone. He was really close to me. "Is that Jimmy and Chris?"
"Yeah," I laughed and looked him in the eyes. I couldn't help but smile at him and I stood up real quick. "It feels good to be back now I can mess with them just like the old times."
"They are both really proud of you for going and being out on your own." Karl said.
"They were pushing me really hard to do it." I said walking into my kitchen to clean up the mess. "Honestly I can always count on those two idiots to believe in me."
"Now you have at least two more idiots todo so!" Karl smiled. Damn, he is way cuter than i gave him credit for. "Which reminds me. I have something for you."
"Oh no. Y'all really need to stop with giving me things!" Ran my hands through my hair as I put the remaining pizza away.
"Don't worry about it." He said and handing me a card. I opened it. It had a German Shepard on the front of it making a silly face. Jimmy or Chris must have told him that it was my favorite breed of dog. I opened the inside to read the note. I smiled as I read it.

I started walking to my office and he follow. I looked around for the prime real estate to place it. I found a perfect spot on the wall that was untouched and also had room for more cards. I felt as though Karl would be giving me more now that he know how much of a sentimental little bitch I am. I turned around and gave him a quick hug.
"Thank you! I'm excited to get to know you too!" I said, his arms around me gave me an unfamiliar warm and fuzzy feeling. " I have a question for you."
"Ask away." She said continuing to give me a goofy smile. I laid down on my office floor and looked up to the ceiling.
"Why do you want a girlfriend? I mean I watched the tapes and Jimmy said you've been complaining about being single. Why?" I don't think he was prepared for that kind of question. I felt his presence lay down next to me.
"I just want someone I guess. I have so much love to give and I now I need to find the right person." I just sighed at the answer.
"Romance and love isn't real though. Why is this worth a risk that millions keep on taking? For what, cuddling, kissing, sex? To have someone claim you as theirs. What's the point? And then all you do is get hurt because the person isn't who you thought they were. Or you both just fall out of love because you're not right for each other. All 'love' does is ruin people's lives."
"But don't you love Chris and Jimmy?" Karl asked.
"That's family love. I'm talking about romance, I want to spend my life with you." I figured that it wasn't a good answer. "Karl do you believe in soul mates? That there's someone out there for everyone?"
"I do. I believe that there's someone out there for everyone."
"Why?" I appreciated him being serious with me.
"Because, I think that there someone else out there that completes each of us. That I can share my best and my worst parts with them and they can accept me unconditionally." I just turned to look at him.
"Maybe the problem is just me then." I chuckled.
"I'm sure lots of people are drawn to you." He turned to me.
"Like you were? Karl, in the footage you passed two girls before you saw me. I don't want someone to base there decision on wanting to date me solely off of my appearance. One day, it's going to fade and the entire foundation will be gone." I sighed. He probably thinks I'm crazy or something now.
"Really? I guess it was just the adrenaline or something. I literally don't remember seeing any other women there." He laughed. "Maybe if you did Chris wouldn't have wanted to kill you as much when you won."
We both just looked at each other and fell into giggles.
"Damn, this carpet is so cozy. It's almost therapeutic." Karl joked.
"Maybe that's why I'm dropping this heavy load on you." I shrugged before sitting up.
"I'm cool with it. Now I have gotten to know you even better." I smiled and gave him a kiss on the cheek before leaving the room. In that instant I knew I was going to love being here and fit right in.
