PROLOGUE
Three dark tabby shapes walked through the marsh. They pushed their way acros the plains of barley, dewdrops clinging to their fur. One, the largest of the all, ran to the smallest tom, and pushed him over a deep nothingness. His wails fadded, until they were inaudible. He was gone after that.
"Haha!" The largest one scowered.
"Now, make me proud."
"Yes, I shall. For you are the one who leads me."
The last tom ran off, into the distance. He dissapeared into the sky.
He had a destiny.
And he was going to make it happen. No matter what he had to do.
