"Do you like Blakey?" Bella asked out of nowhere. Izzy who was sipping her drink right at that time choked. Coughing achingly leaving Bella surprised and started rubbing the other girl's back.
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to startle you," she said feeling bad. Izzy waved her hand telling her it was okay and breathed in deeply.
"Sorry, what did you say?" She asked back to confirm what she heard was right and that she was not hallucinating.
"Blakey, do you like him?" Bella asked again more careful this time.
"Of course!" Izzy laughed. "He's my friend for a decade. How can I not like him, right?" Izzy's laugh subsided. Bella was staring at her like she lost her mind. Too serious that it made Izzy's body shivered.
"W-what?" Izzy stuttered. This girl could be intimidating anytime she wanted to.
"You know what I mean." She blurted out, sipping her warm coffee while still maintaining her eye contact.
"I-i don't understand?" Izzy was getting more confused. She's positive whatever she felt for Blake would never crossed their friendship line. She's positive the attraction she had towards the guy was only because he had been there for her. She's positive she wouldn't have any romantic feeling for the guy and vice versa. She's positive she didn't fall for his charms.
"Izzy?" Bella shook the other girl. Izzy snapped back to reality and faced Bella with her confused face.
"I'm sorry to make you feel like that. I just saw y'all interaction and it was- out of this world. The chemistry was beyond comfortable." She stated honestly. Her statement didn't help Izzy to not be more than confused. She's positive-
"Maybe," she confessed shocking herself more than Bella. The genuine smile Bella offered to her made her calm. "Maybe, I do like him."
...
Irene stirred from her deep slumber, clueless on what day was it. She reached for her phone laying on the nightstand. Taking off her eye mask, she gasped when the digit showing on her phone was 8.50. She sat up quickly almost seeing black in the back of her mind. She barged herself out of her bedroom downstairs just to see Hanna, surprisingly, eating her breakfast calmly.
"BELLA!" She shouted shocking the blonde sitting on the island. She rolled her eyes to the brunette and put her attention back to the cereal she was eating.
"BELLA!" She shouted once again just to receive no reply and a complete silent. She stomped her feet near the other girl, eyes still searching every corner of the room.
"Can you see her? No right? Stop shouting!" Hanna shouted back irritated to the sudden chaos. Irene gave her a stern look before sitting on one of the stool in front of her.
"I'm just making sure."
The dorm was in a complete silent before Hanna started to become uncomfortable by Irene's stare before uttering a gritted 'What?' to her. Irene shrugged, satisfied on intimidating the other girl.
"You've seen Izzy, right?" She asked. Hanna stopped playing with the spoon with her head still stuck facing the bowl.
"So what?" Irene released a sigh. Pleading Hanna was worse than the need to memorize all the student's name in the college. She'll prefer to memorize the whole dictionary than trying to talk to the blonde in front of her. It was as if it was nearly impossible.
"Just be nice to her. Be nice to Bella. Be nice to everyone. And don't skip classes." She finally let out not rising her hope.
"And what made you think I'll do it?" She challenged back.
