"Mummy," the little boy sitting on the wheelchair called out. He was wearing a blue pyjamas paired with a dark grey cardigan. His bed hair was still showing, dancing with the winds. The girl standing behind him, wearing a white knee-length coat hummed in response. She crouched in front of the boy and smiled, brushing his hair. "Nothing, I just wanna call you," the boy answered and scrunched his nose. The girl smiled even wider and cupped the boy's tiny face between her hands.

Slowly, the little boy brought his hand to tuck a few strains of the girl's brunette hair that was flown away by the wind behind her ear. He stared at the girl's golden orbs before wrapping his arms around her neck, pulling the girl in for a hug. "I'm cold," he mumbled into the crook of her neck. The girl hugged him back tighter and let her warm embraced the boy's little figure.

"Do you wanna go down, now?" He shook his head. "I wanna wait for the sunrise," the girl could only smile and agree. She glanced at her wristwatch and it was already 6.30, meaning anytime the sun will rise. "Okay, mummy will accompany you here, okay? The sun is going up.." The little boy broke their hug with his hands still clinging around the girl's neck.

"Mummy," he called again earning the girl's attention. "Yes baby?" The boy kept silent for a while, adoring the beautiful sight in front of him. "I'm happy I can watch the sun rise again today. I've always prefer to watch the sun rise other than when it sets. I don't wanna end the day just yet." The girl's heart clenched when he heard the boy whispered. His voice was full of sadness, terrific and a bit excitement.

"Of course JJ, mummy promise you will see the sun rise again tomorrow." She whispered back, pulling him for another hug. "Mummy," she hummed again. "I only have one week more to go. Time flies so fast when you're happy, right?" He stopped and the girl kept silent trying to not broke down in front of the kid. "After that, mummy will need a new rooftop buddy to hangout early in the morning to enjoy the sunrise." The boy continued, not even cracking his voice.

That was when she couldn't hold her tears anymore and broke down staining the little boy's cardigan. Knowingly, he patted her back while smiling innocently. He rested his head comfortably on the girl's shoulder as their hug got tighter leaving zero space between them.

"It's okay mummy Bel, maybe mama and dada really want me to meet them in heaven. I miss them too..." Bella pulled out the hug and stares at him, she scanned through the boy's blue eyes down to his pale lips. She traced her fingers along his lips and gave him a genuine smile. "You're a good boy aren't you?" She giggled slightly. JJ laughed and nodded his head eagerly. "Let's go down. It's time for breakfast." JJ raises his arm up pouting at Bella. Bella kisses his forehead before carrying the 5 year old boy in her arms. Unknowingly, he layed his head on her shoulder, arms wrapped tightly around her neck.
