Chap. 16

{Coldness}

Byul's POV
Both of us change into comfy clothes before we decided to went home. I'm done changing so I decided to knock at her dressing room since there's still a lot of people fixing the venue.

"Still changing?" I peeked at the door.

"No, I'm done. Just wait here a few minutes I'm just removing my makeup and fixing my things." She said and I sit on the chair.

I know that she is removing her make up but still, she looks so beautiful. A beauty that you can't say if she is wearing makes up or not because she still looks the same.

"Can you please stop staring at me? If you keep on staring at me your girl will be jealous." She said that make me blink twice or trice and she signals me that we can go now.

After a few minutes, we finally arrive at the spot where my car is. I open the door for her and she went in. I'm going to enter my car too but I saw the girl walking towards me so and I enter my car as fast as I can. I went in but the girl knocks at the window so I slide it down.

Yongsun POV
Byul went in like she is hiding from someone, so I looked at the window and I saw a girl is walking towards the car. She looks stunning and beautiful at every angle. The girl knocks on the window and Byul slide it down.

"Hi, babe." The girl said with a flirty tone that makes me put a disgusted face.

"Let's split up please," Byul said while making eye contact with the girl.

"What do you mean of split up?" The girl reply with sad eyes.

"Split like break up," Byul said with a calm tone.

"Why? Is that because of that girl?" The girl said and pointed at me. I looked away to avoid eye contact with her.

"If it's yes, what will you do?" Byul said then wave her hand goodbye and drive off.

"Why do you did that?" I look at her but she avoids making eye contact with me.

"Did what?" She said with a cold tone while focusing on the road.

"I'm not a fool so don't fool me." Then I lean my back on the seat.

After a few minutes, she just let out a big sigh.

"Okay fine, I'm gonna tell you. The girl you saw is one of the girls I have. I break up with her since I'm married already. And we're here." She said and park her car.

"It's just a force marriage so no big deal, and we didn't even love each other," I said and walk out of the car.

"Even though it's still a forced marriage I'm going to treasure it." Then we enter her house. I'm not going to lie that her house is pretty big even though she lives alone.

"Okay fine treasure your quote on quote force marriage but promise me one thing." I do the hand sign on quote on the quote but then cross my arms.

"Promise you that?" She faces me with a questionable face.

"Promise me that you will stop playing with other girl's heart because they are also human and they all have a soft spot," I said and went to the living room and sit on the couch then she sits in front of me.

"I promise." She then raises her hand to sign that she promises but then she put it down. "If every girl have a soft heart, but you look like you don't have a soft spot." She added but then I stand up.

I have my soft spot every girl had one. I just don't want you to know it because you might use it to make me fall for you. And I don't like it if you do that.

"Anyways, where is my room?" I ask because I'm tired and I want to sleep.

"I lead you the way." She then walks upstairs and signs me to go.

She stopped in front of one of the doors here upstairs. She opened the door and it had all of the things a room could have. Once I fully enter the room it looks like someone already owned this room.

"This is not your room, is it?" I ask jer but she just enters the room with my luggage on hand.

"Yes, appa and your dad said that we should sleep in the same room." She said and she sits on the bed.

"They did? Or your lying?" I make eye contact with her.

"I'm not lying I recorded it. Here hear it if you want to." Then she plays it and our appa indeed said that.

"Okay fine." I gave up and I just stand with my luggage.

Byul stand up and went into her walk-in closet and signal me to go with her. She doesn't have that many clothes but she had a lot of caps and shoes. But almost half of it is empty.

"You can put your clothes here, it's not occupied yet." She opened the door of the cabinet.  "Put all your clothes here. This empty area is yours so I don't care what you're going to put. I'm going to take a shower." She then grabs some of her clothes and went to the bathroom.

It's just two luggage so I can finish this without an hour. I started to put all of my clothes in. After a few minutes, I'm done putting it so I decided to leave the closet.

I just sit on the bed while roaming my eyes all over the room. It's bigger than my room and I'm not surprised because she is the CEO so she can buy whatever she wants. After a while Byul finally went out of the bathroom.

She looks so hot that I couldn't stop starring at her. She looks so handsome in those over size t-shirt.

"You can change it now. Here are your towel and bathrobe." She then passes it.

I went to the walk-in closet and grab my PJs. Then I went to the bathroom. After I take a shower she is fixing a pillow on the couch.

"What are you doing?" I ask her?

"They just said that we will be using the same bedroom, but they didn't say we will be using the same bed. You can put your laundry on the basket inside the bathroom, it's near the door." She continues to fix it.

I went back inside the bathroom and put my laundry where she said that I should put it. After I put it there, I sit on the bed then I decided to ask her something.

"Then your sleeping on that couch?" I ask her and she just nods.

"I'm used to this since I've been sleeping on my office couch before. Goodnight. " She said then lay on the couch and she makes me face her back.

"Goodnight," I replied and lay on the bed and I face the ceiling.

She didn't smile for almost a half day. It didn't seem right because of the way I observed her, she is a bubbly person. Maybe I said something she didn't like.

I shouldn't act cold from now on because if I don't like it when someone acts cold then I shouldn't act like it. Coldness is not always the answer if we want to ignore a person. Especially when it comes to her, I think we will get along someday.
