Aizawa was leaning against an alleyway wall next to the hospital, it was 6:28 and cold, freezing even, The ground was covered with a thin layer of snow, small iceicles hung over building gutters/rooves, off of cars, even off of dumpsters in the alleyway. He could thank winter break for his slightly pink fingertips, because he could be in a classroom right now, teaching his problems away but no, he had to deal with joke, which he honestly didn't mind to tell the truth he just wanted something to blame for his numb to the point of pain hands and feet.
"Eraser!"
He heard an overly cheery voice call for him down the sidewalk, he pushed of the wall and walked out onto the sidewalk immediately greated by Mrs, Joke. Her winter hero costume was basically the same but her top had long sleeves accompanied by black tights under her shorts.

"Come on eraser I know you love me but you still shouldn't stare" joke grinned.
Bringing him back to the real world, he blinked and decided it was best to ignore her and get on with the patrol.
"I'm just cold..."
"Then we should get going lover boy!" Joke chided her grin widening,
"I picked this place specifically because there has been a string of robberies at the local businesses'' she pulled out her phone and angled it so that he could see the screen, on it was a map of the area with red dots on shops.
"See?" Joke said after a moment of him staring, he nodded
"It would be best to get to the top of the buildings so we can see everything," He muttered.
"Oh, ok im sure we can find a stair well in one of these buildings" she said starting to walk away.
"Do you trust me?" Aizawa asked suddenly , his tired tone now a more serious one.
"Somtimes" she joked, he glared at her,
"Yes I trust you, you need to learn to take a joke,"
With out a second thought he wrapped his arm around her waist and sent his capture weapon to a near by street light, once it was wrapped tightly he tugged on the weapon and they were sent flying, the cold winter air assaulted his face sending shivers down his spine. He tightened his grip on Emi before they landed on the street light he sent it to the bars on a window close to the top of the hospital and pulled hard enough so that they would land on the roof. His feet hit the rooftop hard as they landed, he usually didn't carry other people with him, once he had caught his balance he loosened his arm freeing the smile hero.
"I didn't know what you were going to do but I was not expecting that" Joke breathed her smile never faltering, though her knees visibly shook for a second.
"Ok let's go this way?" Aizawa asked pointing north, wasting no time.
"Thats the plan!" Emi said ask she started walking.
Of course they were on buildings so whenever they came to a gap between the building he would grab her and simply fling them across, though usually the gaps were small enough that they could just jump and be fine. They walked from building to building, roof to roof, walking, listening, watching, for... something or someone suspicious, looking over the edges of the rooves was Jokes least favorite part thanks to the ice coating the gutters. But then they heard it, well heard something, crying and talking?
They walked towards the fire escape on the side of the building and peaked over to see what was happening.
"Please! I won't say anything just let me go!" A women pleaded, she was on her knees her hands pressed together with tears running down her face.
"Your only saying that to save your skin, we both know its not true, if I leave you here you'll go to the cops as soon as I'm out of sight" a man spoke with a raspy voice, he stood tall carrying a backpack on an arm and a knife in his hand, the worst part was he fit the description on the robber, pink hair, wears a brown Hoodie with black pants,
Joke looked to aizawa who understood with put her even having to speak, he wrapped his capture weapon around her, and she jumped over the edge, Aizawa tightened the cloth at the last second so that she landed gracefully on her feet and in front of the pleading women.
"Huh I thought in this part of the city, the trash is brought out on Thursday,"
Mr, Joke said confidently as a blue light surrounded her as she activated her qurik, the man began to laugh before he dropped his bag and jumped out of Jokes line of vision and started to most literally, bounce off the walls.
Eraser activated his quirk but the man didn't seem any slower,which meant he was eirher always this fast or was being affected by someone else's qurik,
Aizawa jumped down using his capture weapon so he didn't hurt himself and stood by joke trying to pin where the man would jump to next.
