Despite there being no physical obstruction preventing her from leaving the summer villa, the burning desire for vengeance overpowered all logical thinking within her.

Fortunately, Dragon had been spared the torment of her previous headaches, and that brought a sense of relief, as she hoped Ryu would remain dormant. If she could avoid Ryu's awakening, particularly while at the villa, Dragon felt somewhat optimistic.

With her plan in mind, Dragon set out to accomplish her two objectives. First on her list was a chat with Akito. She aimed to engage in a conversation with her, and following that, she intended to make a strategic exit to steer clear of running into Hatori. This was crucial to avoid the risk of Ryu's stirring to consciousness in Akito's company.

As Dragon walked along the path, her luck seemed to be on an upswing. Just when she least expected it, she spotted Akito ahead, and to her further satisfaction, the Sohma was also in their company. This unexpected twist made her anticipation of their upcoming conversation even more thrilling.

A wicked grin curled on her lips as she approached the pair, her mind already formulating the perfect opener. "Well, well, well, what do we have here?" she mused, her voice dripping with false sweetness. "The mighty god and her Sohma companion, out for a stroll. How delightful!"

Kureno stood at the ready, his presence a protective shield for Akito, even if he didn't perceive her as a threat. Yet, within him was a glimmer of hope. After hearing the tales about Ryu, he couldn't help but harbor a small thread of optimism. Perhaps, in the right circumstances, Ryu could bring about the change he longed for, just as with Tohru.

Akito's frown etched deeper into her face as she stood up from the rock, shaking off Kureno's protective gesture. She then walked up to Dragon, a mix of annoyance and curiosity in her voice.

"I knew you couldn't stay away for long," she said, her tone a mix of irritation and intrigue. "Shigure mentioned bringing something. Is that the only reason you're here?"

Dragon's smile widened, relishing the opportunity to needle Akito further. "Oh, dear Akito, your delightful company is always a pleasure," she replied, her voice deceptively sweet. " I had some... business to discuss as well with a surprise!."

Akito's eyebrows raised in interest, her curiosity piqued by Dragon's words. "A surprise?" she echoed, her voice tinged with skepticism. "And what business would be important enough for you to seek me out?"

Dragon's grin grew wider as she noticed Akito's interest. "Oh, you'll find out soon enough about the surprise," she replied mysteriously. "But as for business, let's just say I have a proposition that I think you'll find... intriguing," she added, her tone dripping with innuendo.

Akito's eyes narrowed as she tried to gauge Dragon's intentions. She wasn't fond of the cryptic remarks and the subtle hint of a deal being made. "A proposition, you say? And why should I be interested in whatever it is you're offering?" she asked, her voice laced with suspicion.
