Chapter 8: Perfection, Lads

Luke's POV

  "Hey Micheal, Ashton, Calum. Do you like those girls, not like I wanna go out with them, like friend like?" The boys look at me and

   Micheal says, " Yea, I think that Jade girl is smokin hott, lad. I keep calling her love. Can you believe that?!?!"

  Calum replies by saying, " Yea, I don't think of them as more than a friend than you lads do. What about you Ashton?" Ashton takes a drink of his Mountain Dew and eats a few chips before revealing his answer with everyone.

  " I think both of them are REALY, REALLY, REALLY hott but they both look like troublemakers and I think that if we even get together with them, bad stuffs gonna happen to us soon, laddies. "

   I  just sat in scilence with my jaw to the ground with a bloodshocked look on my face. I look down to see a message from Jane. 

Jane: Rylan is such a heartbreaker. Okay so when yall left together to go home, me and jade saw ONLY Rylan and Julie Karzana, my bully making out. I was in tears. Can u meet me at the park?!?! Pwease?!?!
Me: yea. Anything, what time? Im sorry...

  Jane answers immediately....

Jane: Right now!!!!! Urgent. NOW!!!!!!
Me: okay, love

Conversation ended-

  I have to excuse myself from the guys and I playing pool and eating chips and dip.

  I walk to the park to see her at a park bench by herself. She sees my and hugs me with her arms around my neck crying.

  I rub circles on her back and in between her sobs and cries for help she whispers, thank you, hemmings. You are my hero. Can you stay with me?

  At that point I started singing Stay with me by Sam Smith to her and as I sing I pull her back and wipe tears from her eyes.

  As I continue, she smiles and she shushes me and leads me to the swings. We talk all day and soon its 7:55pm and I left at 4:25.

  I give her a hug and say, "Ill see you tomorrow!" As I walk off I can feel her smiling.

  I text Calum and he answers by saying
What happened?!?!
Me: bf broke up with her.
Cal Pal: oh, she single??
Me: Calum.Hood, get a hold of urself
Cal Pal: Mkay, get here fast, we r about to watch Soul Surfer with Mikey and Ash
Me: mkay, dont rush me

Conversation ended-

Janes POV

  "Bye boys. See you mofos later. Hey Jaden, whatya wanna do later after school? It gets boring at my house..."

  

  Jade was uuuhhhing behind me warning me not to look behind me. I dont listen so I turn around not to believe my eyes.

    I see Rylan Chucking cheating on me with my Elementary, Middle School, and summer bully; Julie Karzana. In his car making out with her.

  I just tell Jade to bring me home and leave me there. Why would he cheat on me? What did I.do to deserve this? We dated for 2 years and he repays me with a foney coverup and then the truth. Wow. I need to see if Luke can talk to me.

  Thats exactly what I thought to myself as I make it the rest if the way home with Jaden. I finally make it to the front door.   

   She hugs me and says, " Bye, Janny."  she rubs a few circles on my back while shes hugging me.

  I text Luke because earlier while we were walking with all four of the hott aussies, I got his and his friends numbers.

  I text what happened.

Me: Rylan is such a heartbreaker. Okay so when yall went to go home together, me and jade saw ONLY Rylan with Julie Karzana, my bully making out. I was in tears. Can u meet me in the park?!?! Urgent!!!! Pwease?!?!
Luke: yea. Anything, im sorry

  I shoot back with a text happy knowing he is actually talking to me about Rylan.

Me: Right now!!!!
Luke: okay, love

Conversation ended-

   I walk to the park to see me in my mascara smeared so I correct it with my favorite hoodie. I see Rylan and he has to walk my direction with Julie.

  I start fast walking as fast as I can and when I do someone grabs my arm. It wasnt Rylan. It was Julie.

  She punched me in the face then swept me under my feet with Rylan watching. He didnt say anything, he just smiled.

  They say one thing on unison, " Hoar, go die in a hole. You deserve it."

  They let me get up and cry back on tears the rest of the way. I sit across a park bench and I hear footprints and leaves crumbling from ahead of me.

  It was Luke. He lived ahead of me. I run up to him and throw my arms around him sobbing. He runs circles on my back as i starts to say something.

  Thank you, hemmings. You are my hero. Can you stay with me? Sooner or later he starts singing Stay With Me by Sam Smith.

  His voice was soothing and beautiful. I know he was in a band he told us about but I thought they wouldn't be that good.

  As he sings he pulls me back a little bit and wipes my tears away then I smile. I wanna spend more time with him. What can I do? Oh, I can swing with him and chillax a bit with him.

  I take his hand and chuckle, he stops singing and laughs making his lip ring move up. We swing and talk for a while until he had to bounce.
