Harry walked quickly back to his flat. He couldn't stop thinking about that boy. His boots splashed in the puddles of the afternoon showers as he passed shops along the road. His apartment was only about a five minute walk from his job and now Harry knows Louis' job too.

He made it to his small, old, and rundown apartment. Unfortunately what you get when moving on a tight budget wasn't very nice. He climbed the three flights of stairs and walked down the hallway that somehow always smelt of old lady and cat. He opened the door without needing a key because Niall always said there was no point in locking the door if they had nothing to steal. "Finally! I thought you were dead or something!" Niall cried out. "Well hello to you too..." Harry muttered. "Where were you? You never responded to me." Niall said a bit upset because he was hungry. "You texted," Harry questioned before checking his phone seeing that he had an unread message from Niall.

From Nialler:

Okay sounds good! Let's get take away tonight? I'll pay you back if you pick something up along the way.

"Geez I'm sorry, I guess I didn't see this." Harry said, his mind still on Louis. "It's okay I'll go get something for us, what's up with you? You have a weird look on your face." Niall said hoping what he thought was true. "Nothing," Harry trailed off wondering if he should tell his best friend about his crush.

Niall gave him an all knowing look before Harry began speaking again. "Well it was raining and I didn't want to get all soaked, so I stepped into a bookshop for a moment and it lasted longer than I thought because well, there's this guy-" Harry was cut off abruptly by a loud scream coming from Niall. "NO WAY! THIS IS GREAT!" Harry rolled his eyes knowing that this was the kind of reaction Niall would have to something like this. He was way too invested in others relationships. "As I was saying, he's really sweet and we started talking for a while. I really like him even though I barely know him, is that weird?" Harry hoped Niall would understand. "It's not weird mate, don't worry you'll see him again. Are you going to go back to actually buy a book tomorrow?" Niall said laughing at the fact that his best friend spent time in a bookshop without buying anything. "Well actually Louis gave me a book for free, for my sister," Harry said "And besides I told him where I worked and that he'd have to stop by so I could repay him." Niall's eyes widened after hearing this. "You mean he's going by the bakery and gets something for FREE! You never let me get anything for free," Harry gave him a glance that suggested Niall knew he was fibbing "Well alright sometimes but you never let me get any of the cakes." Niall pouted. "That's because they are WHOLE cakes," Harry said laughing at his friend who was clearly hungry.

"Go down the road and get some take away, can you also get me a mailer? I want to send this out on my way to work tomorrow." Harry said guestering to the book he had lying on the counter. Harry pressed money into Niall's hand and Niall was on his way. Harry shut the door and let his mind drift off to the blue eyed boy.
